Friendly, knowledgable staff in the shop who were keen to get the fit right before purchase, no pressure selling tactics just “make sure the customer is comfortable and happy.

Told us we couldn’t take away on the day because new batteries and chargers were required but delivery was arrange for the following week.

On delivery again the emphasis was on “make sure the customer is comfortable and happy, are any adjustments required” George was fantastic throughout

Solutions Mobility in Alfreton provide an exemplary wheelchair service. Their team have years of experience providing excellent power wheelchairs which they either custom fit to the individual or they sell the wheelchair as it it.
Sally and Adam are friendly and knowledgeable and provide the best possible service.
I've just purchased my second electric wheelchair from them and when I eventually need another wheelchair I will buy it from them. The whole experience couldn't have been better and their prices are good.

I visited the shop in Somercotes and was impressed with the range of dual motor risers. We had previously bought a mobility scooter a few months ago and my wife has used it several times. She is now convalescing after an operation to fix a broken femur and therefore uses the chair every day.

This is the second powerchair I have purchased from Solutions, and for a second time I could not be happier. The best thing for me was the fact that, unlike two local suppliers I tried in the past, they understand that the main issue for experienced wheelchair users when it comes to used chairs; is the programming.

We visited the shop and tried two power chairs as we were unsure which to choose. My husband chose the nimbus. The staff were so helpful and friendly. They were very knowledgeable and showed us how the chair worked and my husband tried it out on the car park. Delivery was quick and the chair arrived in perfect condition. Very very happy with Solutions mobility.

Delivery engineer made bespoke alterations to the Chair, showed me how it worked and what functions it has. Made sure I drove the Chair and it was comfortable before he left taking my old chair with him.

They kept the show room open for us and Adam went through all the wheelchairs that we were interested in. There was no pressure to buy and once we had decided on the one to buy the sale was very well managed. We had visited late on Monday evening and the chair was delivered on the Friday morning. Now I’m just learning to drive it!

Excellent service fast delivery, very pleased with the advice given and the wheelchair is perfect for my needs. Getting doggy loving was just an added bonus! Would highly recommend

If you are looking for a good quality second hand powerchair I wholly recommend Solutions Mobility. From the moment we arrived to taking delivery the team could not have been more helpful. They listened to what my husbands requirements were came up with a few solutions & my husband decided on a specific chair they made sure everything was sized to his requirements & also ensured after we left if there was anything else needing. There was a few problems re delivery but after a quick call everything was resolved. When we need another wheelchair we will make the effort to visit the showroom again as this is the only way for us to ensure we get exactly what we need. Thank you to Adam & the team.

The staff here could not have been more helpful, with a special shout out to Adam who let us try every chair and gave excellent advice. There was an intermittent problem with the one delivered, but they immediately replaced it, no quibble, with a brand new one. I would have no problem recommending them to everyone

I bought a nimbus electric wheelchair & from the first phone to visiting the shop everything was spot on. The staff where friendly & knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions!
The chair its self is brilliant, used it a few times now and not had any issues, its even light enough for my wife to lift it in and out of the car.
Will definitely be back to them if or when I need anything else. Thank you.

Yes all good from visiting Adam in the showroom, to having a test drive for me to get used to the controls and manoeuvrebility and ordering the scooter.
We didn’t opt for the scooter to be delivered by the company, which was a mistake, as setting it up was a bit confusing for us.
We had a problem with folding the scooter once manually opened and phoned for advice.
George was very helpful and pointed out that a bar had to be pushed back into place.
We also had a problem with coupling the remote and George said he’d phone back with an engineer. Unfortunately that didn’t happen but we managed to sort it after a couple of days.

Careful consideration given to my needs and a choice of two electric wheelchairs to try. Adam was patient and really helpful in making adjustments to the chair.
