Solvano Global = a waste of time and money. Order never shipped, customer service is non-existent, no reply despite several messages. They take your money quickly and then disappear. This site shows all the signs of a scam – beware and keep your money for a reputable seller.

The quality is horrible, couldn't be worse. The sizing is terrible I got a male small and it probably wouldn't fit a 12 year old. Straight in the bin $50 wasted

I bought shoes from Solvano for £34, plus £5 delivery, on a Facebook promotion. They took more than 2 weeks to be delivered. The shoes are cheap and nasty, with very thin soles. I have just found the exact same shoes on Temu for £6.22. This company is a scam!

Ordered a pair of shorts in April and it's now nearly July have not heard anything from them despite numerous emails mails sent, so basically took my Money and robbed me! Should of read reviews before ordering, shocking company, DO NOT USE!

Another scam company.
They send goods which do not match the description and then tell you that you have to pay to send them bac knowing that you won't so they end up keeping your money.
I will now be claiming back through paypal - so AVOID.

This company is full of shit , no communication , waited 6weeks for my item and then I emailed them asking where is it , they said they dont have the item in stock

Outstanding customer service.. as soon as they find out that the item that I purchased was out of stock they notified me and gave me option to refund my money or give credit on my next purchase.. also stay in touch with me to make sure everything is okay with me

I realised that the order I just placed would be too small, so I attempted to cancel the order. In a lot of cases this is often too late to action, but I was assisted by Gracey and the order was cancelled immediately, saving time and postage costs. The service was very good and I was impressed with the efficiency.

Great coming cominication

I ordered a large and it was super small. They wouldn't return it, kept trying to get me to take credit for future shop. They would not exchange it and finally gave me 40% of my original purchase price back. Lame.

The communication was very good and there was a great deal of empathy with the query that I raised.

Awful!! Do not buy! Nothing like advertised.. I brought a pair of leather shoes well they were plastic and glue all up the sides of them. As for a refund but they have offered 30% and I would have to pay for return. I pointed out that they offer 30day guarantee on there website (full refund) and they just send we offer 30% I wish I looked at the reviews first if I could give 0 I would

1 star is generous. Ordered a shirt that took 3 weeks to arrive. When it did it was 100% polyester…! Tried to send it back and your options are:
Option A: A 30% refund on the amount of the product while you keep the item.
Option B: A 60% gift card based on your purchase value, allowing you to keep the item. This gift card can be used for any future purchases from our store.
Option C: Return the product at your own cost, and we will process a full refund once we receive the item in its original condition. We kindly ask that you wait for our confirmation before shipping the product back to avoid any unexpected issues or charges. Kindly note that there will be a restocking fee of 30% that will result in a refund of 70% of the amount paid.

Avoid this company. Cheap products, very poor materials and quality, horrendous customer experience.

I really wish I’d read the reviews before I bought a shirt from here. The shirt received was made too small, and also not of the material advertised. I’ve been trying for a week now to get a refund but the best offer I’ve had is for a 70% refund but only after I’ve returned the product to the US at my own cost. Do not buy from here.

Poor quality. Sizes are fake. They sell small products as large, and then don’t take responsibility.

I have just read all the reviews and all of them echo the same message, poor quality products, wrong sizing, poor customer services and. Not honouring return policy, I am experiencing all of the above.

REALLY POOR PRODUCTS THAT DONT MATCH THE IMAGE OR DESCIPTION
