Impossible to replace a damaged garden recycling bin. Website takes you round and round in circles. Not fit for purpose. My Mum is 86 and she couldn’t do it. She phoned and waited for 45 minutes and then got cut off. Such inefficiency. Employ people who are capable !

terrible , they abuse and neglect disabled persons all the time for many many years till they die or pass away with no care from adult social care , hrs where approved for care 3 years ago yet not actually put in place , they steal the funds for them self and then any social worker gets annual leave every 2 weeks ,every month .

Terrible service. You are palmed off with an intermiary who does nothing, problem still ongoing. We are prevented from speaking to the department in charge of waste services, by having a 'front line' person.
Disgusting, totally disgusting. And this is what we pay our Council Tax for!!!

My two interactions with the council have been bad. First I wanted my garden sacks collected. I went on the collection booking service and proceeded through their convoluted website. I got through to last page and then there was a note saying that the booking service was not currently in operation and to just leave the sacks outside on the normal garden collection day. On the day of the collection they collected my neighbours garden bin and sacks AND LEFT MINE even though we’re in obvious full view. I then had to have the hassle of contacting the council again to find out I had to book a missed collection and they had to come back and get them!

Later I ordered some garden sacks and it said they will take 10 working days to be delivered. I ordered them in 13th May and it is now the 16th June. I had to phone the council again and was told that I’d have to wait in a long queue to speak to someone. I’m writing this review whilst I sit here on hold…..
