Not gonna buy again

I Got scammed, I purchased 2 of those boxes or whatever, but I only got 1 box. The effect of Those whitening strips was bad as hell. Useless. It has been more than 2 months and I havent received the last box.

It just globs out as the cap is opened.

This review is for the Pro version of the toothpaste. It's great except for the viscosity of the gel. It just globs out the second you open the cap. It would behoove the company to reducing the orifice like the size Boka toothpaste has on their tubes. Look into this remodeling of the tube orifice. Less paste will be lost to the drain with this upgrade. Thank you and God bless you!

Customer service sucks *** the chat bot…

Customer service sucks *** the chat bot says that the department is closed all the time and they will be back tomorrow and that never comes. Also they only give you the tracking which does not help because that's why your there in the first place. Don't get me started on amazon shipping who they use to ship it. Never again and i have no product to say it good or not good even if i liked it this sucks

Something Nice Company is Anything But...

Account showed an order "In Process" on 8/1/25 (I thought the account had been completely cancelled and closed out prior). Reached out to customer service same-day via the website chat to cancel, and was told there was no one available to chat but would be answered in order.

Two-and-a-half business days later I received an email about my message, stating that the order was already processed and shipped by the time they got around to answering my chat message. I was advised to file a return once the package has been delivered. It is now 8/25/25 - still no package, and the tracking number they provided still shows it hasn't been sent out.

Don't waste your time or money with SNC - you won't get either back when you have an issue and need to contact customer service.

Don't waste your time

I received my order of 2 boxes of the Lumistrips fairly quickly & was excited to try them. They weren't as expected so I put in to return the unopened box. I received a return label, packed it up & sent it away. It came back saying the address on the return label was vacant. I reached out to Something Nice & was told I had to email a different company. The new place i emailed replied saying they're sorry my order was lost but I didn't purchase shipping insurance...that was not even the issue! Complete lie on returns & $ back. Definitely do not recommend to anyone.

Absolutely horrendous customer service

Absolutely horrendous customer service. After I ordered their waterpik that ended up being the wrong color I promptly reached out to their listed help email (DURING BUSINESS HOURS). They proceeded to respond after the "allotted time period" for which they could issue a replacement/cancel my order. So now I have an exorbitantly overpriced piece of dental equipment (that hasn't even actually shipped) that I cannot return as of now. I also asked for a refund once I receive the product but who knows if they'll ever respond. I also read on other reviews after I made the purchase that this company has waited until past the 30 day return period so the refunds could no longer be issued. Do not buy from them.
