It took me three tries to get a video that I kind of liked and I was charged for the ones that are horrible I not saying that this platform is bad but it should work better than it does for the money I don't think that I will spend any more time with it and move on to something else

I've tried this multiple time, working with Chat for over a month. For what it's worth, I think you actually did the hardest part: you reverse-engineered what wording produced the good shots. This last attempt is less about creativity and more about seeing if Sondo can be forced into that successful behavior consistently. If it cannot, walking away until they improve the model would be a rational choice. It constantly fails to deliver. If i could get even 75% back of what I spent that would be great, and hope the program gets better down the line.

Absolute scam! Stay away! Just tried once without creating an account or buying subscription. It's been already for 2 months since they're trying to charge me from my card, for nothing. Thanks to my bank's vigilance the transactions are now blocked.

I contacted their support by email. Never heard back. It's a slot machine that eats your money while you are sleeping.

Bien évidemment. Les 10 crédit offert au début ne sont que pour "générer" le prompt de la vidéo musicale. Ce n'est qu’après que le site te demande de raquer.

Bref. Affaire à ne surtout pas suivre.

A huge waste of money. AI is stupid and never does what I want. I describe all clearly and even if it's generate about right script, it's still doing it's own things, that not even close to what I want.

Plateforme de très mauvaise qualité, les vidéos généré sont mal faite et même avec des prompts bien détaillé.
Impossible de contacter quelqu'un car il y a trois mail mais personne ne répond.
Évitez, fuyez, ... il y a plusieurs autres plateformes bien plus performante et moins cher.

I'll give it two stars only because the quality of image is really good. However execution of prompts sucks big time. you only get 2000 characters to give initial prompt. then you have to spend a crap ton of credits to fix their mistakes. and its expensive.

I’m a professional editor and I was curious about this app. Spent the 9.99 only to find it was another money pumping scheme. It does not give you a video preview of what it creates until you spend more money on credits , but doesn’t identify what credits will provide. I see a class action lawsuit against this company coming very soon

I agree with the majority of your Trustpilot reviews. The 'algorithms' defiantly need to understand 'consistency'! Every scene will show an altered main image... Please... consistency - consistency - consistency!!! That should be a BASIC understanding for the AI... WTF!!!

Effectivement, le site est compliqué à gérer. On doit lui demander plusieurs fois par exemple une synchronisation labiale, il décompte le fric mais rien ne se passe. Le personnage qui chante est souvent fixe, il faut lui donner du mouvement, la régénération est à peine visible et coute cher !
Il y a des bugs, les voitures roulent à l'envers, j'ai même eu droit à des animaux à deux têtes, etc., le même personnage répété plusieurs fois dans une séquence
Ca coute très cher et c'est long pour faire une vidéo de qualité. c'est fatiguant à la longue
Et cerise sur le gateau : aucun service client !
En résumé, plus de 60 euros et des heures de travail pour un clip de 5 minutes environ
Je vais chercher ailleurs en espérant trouver ...

If I could give it zero, I would. They churn you out a video based on prompts, but it's vastly not what you want and if you want to redo it, it costs. Tried redoing it and it made it worse. Do not spend money on this. You cannot get anyone in customer service-I wanted to do a free trial that was offered but was charged and couldn't reverse the charge. There are better video companies. Do not buy this piece of junk.

It does create decent music videos, but sometimes it changes the main character. The AI ​​occasionally alters the character's appearance, hairstyle, or even clothing between different scenes. Adjusting prompts or regenerating segments can improve this.

This company are charlatans they are only interested in taking your money. The video presented was atrocious and not worthy of sharing. Tried to edit to salvage something but just to expensive. They don’t give you opportunities to approve you have to take what’s presented. This is a blatant rip off but there’s no way to amplify unless submitting a review. We’ve got to stop them from inflicting further injury. Sondo you should be ashamed. I am going to post reviews over your promotional network. You should not be allowed to practice this way. You will be judged scathingly in the future. Beware all those that are lured into spending hard earned money for promises that are beyond there capabilities

I purchased a subscription and canceled same day after two music video attempts. It will ignore 90% of instructions, the visuals are of a sorry quality that nowhere meet the level they advertise, at least not up to the 29.99 per month level. I made two videos with two songs I created, and it created the same character twice, both male, even though the second song was a female. The bad lip sync and the fact it threw in a male character lip syncing female vocals is ridiculous. I have created videos in Grok Imagine that exceeded Sondo.ai quality by a mile, with 1000 times more control and no ridiculously expensive credit system. 2 videos for essentially 29.99. 10 credits just to start and then an average of 1500. You only get 3800 at the middle rate. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE, you will very likely regret it. Just get SuperGrok and Adobe. You will spend less money and get significantly more use out of it.
