After ordering for over 2 years, and being a gold member, they accused me of being a reseller because i have "LLC" since I order from my business email (completely unrelated to any ecommerce.) and cancels all of my shipments. For being loyal to this company for over 2 years and even reaching gold status, it didn't matter at all. It's like they don't want people to like their products enough to buy from them. Unfortunately I will no longer support a business that does not want to be supported. Do better.

After they took my money they canceled my order because my email had the word boutique in it. They accused me of being a reseller when this is my own personal collection. people use their work or business email for other things. That doesnt make them a reseller. And obviously they arent doing a good job because there are TONS of stores that resell for triple the price and theyre on amazon and walmart reselling for double the prce. But me who ordered 2 single boxes of the same series is a big time reseller like come on now, I didnt even get a case! They just lost a customer which sucks for them I just spent a grand at pop mart on labubus and peach riot

Shipping took a bit but once shipped out, it arrived within 3 days and all the figures are so cute!

packages arrived on time and quick. just as described.
