The convenience of not having to leave my home and fight traffic both ways to the spa made the experience even more relaxing. Terrific massage! The therapist arrived and set up on time, and all I had to do was lay back and enjoy their amazing skills. They found and smoothed out every knot I had (and some I didn't even know about)! Had an appointment with Linda in anaheim a few days ago. Supposedly had 15 yrs experience. I’ve had better massages from people still in massage school. Her table was painful with almost no padding. Kept me face down for over 1 hr 15 min of a 90 min massage.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. My husband booked a couples massage, 2 males. The one assigned to me was 15 minutes late. Not a big deal. He asked me what kind of pressure I wanted and I said light to medium. I let him know I have a sensitive back and he asked where I had any pain and I said I have arthritis in my knees, which he argued with me is not arthritis but weak muscle, overworked muscle or poor posture. I told him a blood test and X-rays told me. He then proceeded to find the knots in my back and basically to make a horrible massage short he NEVER LEFT THE KNOTS ALONE AND WORKED THEM SO HARD I AM BRUISED AND HAVEN’T BEEN ABLE TO WALK OR SIT FOR TWO DAYS NOW!!! I told him repeatedly it hurt and to use lighter pressure, to leave my knots alone, to stay away from my knees. He didn’t listen at all and I have never felt so violated and vulnerable in my life. Called and emailed the company and no response! I am filling any complaint I can to get a response from this company. It was so bad the other MT also filed a complaint! This person would NOT listen to my plea to STOP! He even asked at one point what the pain level was and I said an 8 and he pushed HARDER! I literally have visible bruising all over my back and around my knees. This should never ever ever happen from a SWEDISH MASSAGE, and I very clearly told him LIGHT pressure. Don’t use this company! They will not respond! And here I am bruised and violated and no way to report the person! Horrible company and horrible ethics. Complete negligence!

Made an appointment, used a 20%-off discount code, and canceled the appointment w/in 10 minutes because I made a mistake. Made the correct appointment, tried to use the discount code, and system said I'd already used it. Spent 30 minutes chatting with customer service who basically said, "Sucks for you."

People buy gift certificates for one amount of money, their services cost much less, and you can’t use two services so the mi ey just disappears. They don’t take refunds, and don’t solve any issues with anything.

Twice, a massage therapist never showed up. Then, of course, you can't contact anyone about it, short of writing an email. Chat Support doesnt work/isnt answering. Hope I actually hear back.

I ordered my wife a 2 hour message for mothers day. I ordered it awhile ago and it was accepted by Erica. Then on Mothers day my wife was getting ready for her massage and it was 5 minutes past time. So i looked in my emails to see if i missed something, i did not find any emails cancelling. My appointment was cancelled by Erica and i was never notified. The only thing this stupid company did was say they will cancel my appointment and " sorry you did not get the soothe experience". I could not believe it.
Horrendous company
Horrendous company. SO many women have told me they had dangerous experiences with men as amssage therapists and they still kept several men I reported in the system to book. I tried to call the emergency line and or post on the facebook group to get help in one instance and they deleted my posts. I was in a dangerous situation. They lie at onboarding saying safety is important and then do NOTHING to protect therapists. They also UNDERPAY and it is the lowest pay for outcalls. This company does not care about you or your wellbeing or safety
Soothe is not so soothing
As a licensed massage therapist, I resigned from accepting clients with them on 3/5/24. They were happy. I started publicizing how I was sexually harassed on assignments and they did nothing about it. They don’t even have a SOAP note process. Never thought I would say this: You’d be better with the greater of the two evils - Zeel.

The quality of therapists in Australia is above all! Have booked numerous times and always have a fantastic experience.The therapists are very professional and really care about what they do. The app is brilliant and so easy to use. If you need to make a change to your booking you can do so yourself through the app. The price is maybe slightly higher, but honestly when you get the best massage and the convenience of having it at home it is well worth it. I usually book the same therapist now each time, she is amazing and knows exactly what to work on from the last session. Highly recommend this service!!

Was just absolutely scammed out of a massage alert- I WOULD NOT use this app!! Credit card payment went through and massage technician cancelled in the middle of the night before this AM appt most likely because it is raining. This was for my partners birthday we cannot reschedule and that’s the option the app is providing. Terrible
Beware of booking with Soothe
Beware of booking with Soothe . We had a terrible experience with them last week and the customer service to try to get resolution has been equally horrendous.
BLUF: We booked six services with three different providers via the Soothe app and also through the "event team" - all confirmed via text and email and pre-paid. Two of the three providers were no shows and our event was ruined.
It was very important to have all the services be completed as we were hosting an event with six people at my house for a very special occasion. Two of the providers never showed up, even after I received text confirmation that they would be here.
Diane, the massage therapist, did not show up for the massages at all. When I reached out to her via the inbox, she said she did not have any appointments booked through Soothe. Furthermore, the site showed she completed service and my card was charged with a tip!
Conchita, the facialist, cancelled the facial an hour prior through the Soothe proprietary inbox that does not forward to the email you provide, and therefore, I did not receive any notification. They only notify through their propriertary app. Nowhere in their contract or booking does it tell you that you need to check the app prior to your appointment, even though all other correspondence via payment and confirmation occur via email.
When I tried to find the providers, Soothe did not have anyone answering the phone, or chat feature on the app. I spent 30 minute out of my event trying to find the providers to no avail.
We did not want to use the one provider who did show up because our event was supposed to be for everyone to participate, but we were unable to cancel.
I tried to email the Events group, the regular support email and the chat function to get refunds. After several attempts, they said they would not refund the one provider who did show up, even though I made it clear and had agreement verbally when I booked through the Events group that I did not want any services if I couldn't get all at the times we specified. It took several emails to even get refunds for the no-shows, which they refunded as if a favor.
This is the most unprofessional, unreliable and dishonest service provider I have dealt with in any industry. They demonstrated no accountability for ruining our event and did not honor our verbal agreement of what we expected for our event. I should have paid attention to all of the other negative reviews, many of which describe similar experiences.

My massage started at 2 o’clock finished at 3:27. When a sharp phone rang from the masseuseuse and she reached out and started chatting on her phone. No skill set ,no bedside manner does not know how to do a proper massage, and I would rather go to the Saint Regis or the Mandarin and have a beautiful massage . My bldg has a stunning massage room and this person should never ever be giving a massage to anyone, more than that when I tried to reach out to the company I was just put ,…,,,on someone will get back to you which no one did but there is no service and this is a total scam so either one will never ever use the service again and if anyone is smart, please do not use the service because even when you tip ahead of the game 200+ dollars for the 90 minute massage you are screwed anyway because they just take your money and do not really deliver on anything . I guess to fool each person once is good enough to make some money, and they have no service as no one will ever respond. I am writing this 30 minutes Post my massage. She did not even have the basic knowledge that you should put anything under clients knees when they are hurting when I told her she opened up the cupboard in the Massage room and took out eight towels, and then dumped them and left them on the way out absolutely outrageous that the service exists. They should be shut down.

I been working for soothe as a massage therapist for 9 years and I never had a bad experience with clients and company. When clients ask me, how is it to work for soothe? I always respond. Wonderful, is a great company to work for, I am happy with it. But this pass January I had a bad experience with client. I had massage this lady once and seems that everything was ok, cose I didn’t hear any complain; but the second time was terrible for me. This was A cuplés massage. I got the confirmation, but few minutes later she cancel the appointment, and few minutes later she book again and accept it, but I called soothe to make sure Thad I was confirmed and ready to go. They said, yes is confirmed you ready to go. We both therapist got on time. The other therapist name was Cassandra. I commented to her that I was there before. So we set up and ready to start 90 minutes couples massage. Everything was fine. Until I was massaging this lady legs she was checking, I asked her if everything was fine, she said; yes! Ok , we done, we
pack back and gone. When I got home I check my payment and reviews. And got a very bad review from her. First of all she was complaining to company that she request not to book with me, that’s why I had a cancelation. But i guess soothe couldn’t fine another therapist and they book me again, not following her request. And then she complain about me that I was a inexperienced therapist, that I maliciously touching her private parts, that Im an old men. So many bad thing. My question is, if she felt uncountable with me, why she did not said nothing during the massage, and wait to complain later.
This end up for company to put me in paused. And I had e mail them to give me the opportunity to heard my version of the case. Like I said from the beginning, never had this kind of experience. Maybe her intention is to ruin my career. Who knows! I have had other complaints From clients, that they don’t like my Technic or things like that, which is normal; and most of my clients are very satisfied with my job. I always keep a rating of 4.5 stars. Now I have no job, and soothe does not respond my emails. Hopefully they read this review and give me a call or email me.
