Bestilte kompatibelt håndtag til miele køleskab. Leverance tid ok. Men håndtag ej kompatibelt trods lovning på hjemmesiden og i en elendig kvalitet som ligner noget der er printet på en hjemme 3D printer.
Ved ønske om returnering via hjemmesiden kommer jeg til en fransk side med forskellige fragtdistributører ingen hjælp til procedure. Må opgive og har så smidt 77,10 GBpund og en del tid ud!!!

How did this company get nearly 5 stars! They have got the worst customer service I have ever experienced, they don't answer their emails, they've sent the wrong part to me and I can't contact them through email. I suggest going elsewhere for reviews and see this company for who they really are.

I had a part for my coffee machine break over Christmas and whilst i knew it may take longer SOS parts were great in contacting me and keeping me updated, part arrived earlier than expected and would deffo used them again! Highly recommend!
