Great company

Great company. Pre-move arrangements and co-ordination was fantastic, especially as we had to bring the move forward a week. The guys on the day were great, very quick and professional. Thank you!

Great team

Great team. Made me feel comfortable and at ease. Very quick and efficient and I felt like my belongings were secure and safe. They can certainly drive as well getting into tight spots! Would recommend and would use again.

Great guys

Great guys - worked quickly too. You might be better with two drivers than one- I was persuaded and glad I went with that option

Excellent work

Very punctual and hard workers. Great accessories: stripes, blankets and cages. Excellent work!

i was not very happy with this company

i was not very happy with this company. I had arranged my moving date and had confirmation via email. on the morning of the move no one turned up. after finally getting through to someone who said it was down for the next day. They finally arrived and packed up removal lorry.when arriving at my new address late afternoon they un loaded the van and proceded to put all furniture and boxes in living room and kitchen. They would not leave without me making a final payment.To top that I then had a bad fall over sad boxes and ended up in hospital with a discolated shoulder and torn ligaments in my foot. not happy to say the least

I am so sorry to hear that you were not 100% satisfied with Soti Move service

I would like to apologise again with an error with the date. We had some issues with our calendar and by some reason, your job was booked on 21st of April instead of the 20th of April. I am sorry that we were 45 minutes late as you booked as for 9 am and our team arrived at 9:45 am. Even I completely understand it was an error from our side - I hope you can appreciate our effort to do everything we can to make sure we're at your place as soon as possible which was in 30 minutes after your call.
Regarding payment, I do apologize if that was a surprise for you, that the remaining balance needed to be paid on completion. It is the company's policy and it was mentioned on the invoice with a deposit you paid and on our terms and conditions.
On the delivery, we did place all the items in a designed place where you asked us and we worked under costumers instructions. We did bring the furniture upstairs which you asked. I do understand your living room was full of boxes because you did not have at that time a carpet upstairs and we could not bring any boxes upstairs.
Before we left I went through the house with you to make sure you were happy with everything and that everything is placed where you wanted. End of the day you confirmed with signed job sheet on completion.

I am really sorry to hear that you fall over the boxes and injured yourself. I hope you will get back very soon and will enjoy your new home as you should.

I hope you could review again your feedback and hopefully, you can change your rate as I feel we did all the effort to make sure your move is as best as it can be.
