I probably started on too much
I probably started on too much, because I just lost everything i had. The Inner Peace, 350mg, increased my anxiety tremendously, and I would stay out of breath, with rapid heart rate. Had to stop. It was making me feel too bad. I did everything per instructions, because I don't ingest anything for fun. Maybe I can try it a different way some other time. . . I should not have started yet, with such fresh PTSD. I just wanted it to stop playing over in my head.

I also want to thank you for taking this path with such sincerity. It’s clear you weren’t seeking an escape, but genuine healing — and that kind of courage deserves acknowledgment.
That said, I do want to gently revisit the dosage you began with. Although Inner Peace is one of our gentler blends, 350mg is considered a very high starting dose, especially for someone navigating PTSD or emotional intensity. For many, this can overstimulate the nervous system — which is exactly what you described.
Before your first journey, we shared guidance with you to begin at a lower dose, and also included information about medication interactions and an emergency support contact, just in case. We were with you as much as we could — and I’m so sorry it still felt that way in the moment.
You didn’t do anything wrong, Elisa. You simply began with more than your system could safely hold — and that’s okay. If and when you ever feel ready to try again, we’d be honored to help you craft a much gentler, safer journey that truly supports your healing.

This has to be magic!
I have suffered from major depression, bipolar disorder and anxiety my entire life and I have been on many different medications but I have found that microdosing with SoulCybin is like magic! Within the first few days I already felt a HUGE difference! I wake up smiling and feeling wonderful and everything seems so bright and vibrant in all ways throughout my day. I got the microdosing multipacks and…
I got the microdosing multipacks and used them per instructions - every third day - when I was going through a very hard time emotionally. I felt fine each day I took them, not at all like I was on anything. But I noticed over time I felt happier, less upset, my creativity was off the charts, I got super inspired in my work and started up creative projects. I felt my sadness go away. After a month or two I felt complete and didn't use it anymore. Seriously highly recommend SoulCybin , they send emails with information and lots of support.

Very impressed with the product and the benefits.
I ordered the honey for the purpose of microdosing.
First off, the item was delivered promptly and discreetly.
I'm still working out the dosage, as it's pretty strong! I scored 12 on the microdosing guide which would put me at 100-150 mg (around 1 teaspoon) but just 1/2 of that (62.5 mg) seems to make me a little spaced out lol. I'm thinking maybe I should take it in the late afternoon/evening rather than first thing in the morning so I can function.
I will say that as a newbie to microdosing, I'm enjoying the experience. I seem to be able to access a lot of emotions that I think I'd suppressed, especially grief. I've had some episodes where I have cried pretty deeply and it has been very soothing and healing as I've suffered with anxiety most of my life. The grieving feels like it's releasing it and the next day after a crying bout I'm more calm and I feel lighter emotionally. I'd like to try some of the capsules once I finished the honey.

If ½ teaspoon feels a bit strong, you might try reducing to just ¼ teaspoon (around 30–40mg). This can help you stay more grounded while still receiving the benefits. Also, taking your dose after a light breakfast can sometimes soften the experience and help you feel more balanced throughout the day.
As you mentioned, you might find that afternoon or evening dosing works better for your rhythm—it’s all about discovering what works best for your body and spirit.

This is a journey, not just another daily supplement.
Before starting my micro dosing process, I chose to discontinue my typical anti-depressant medications, about a month before. I'd been on them for years and had not seen a significant change in my experience. Having tried a lot of alternatives with my psycho-therapist, this seemed like the next obvious evolution. I've been pleasantly surprised by my experience having come into it with fairly low expectations. I've gradually increased my dosing as I try to find the highest point I can micro dose at before having psychedelic experiences. So far I've reached 600mg and I've not experienced anything beyond an increase in my overall emotional awareness, feeling less anxiety, and as though I am making more direct progress through my intention I set before each dose. I've been following the Stamet's Stack with four days of dosing and three days off and I've been happy with the results thus far. I look forward to what more I can learn about myself and further improve my life.
