I decided to share my experiences about a coaching program that I am doing right now. It is the Soul Harmony Transformational Coaching Method. I've just gone through the first and second month of the 3-month program. My mentor is Bernadett who is a highly heart-led professional and I just love her comprehensive and holistic approach. For me the most exciting part of her method is to change my habits and build a pattern that serves my emotional, mental and physical health.
