Paid for the lot I won on October, 1. The item still has not been posted yet, since these guys have not got the payment.

I contacted my bank, the payment went through, the amount was deducted from the bank account.

Instead of asking their bank what is wrong on their side, they "have been checking for the payment daily on our end".

If you want to participate in the auctions, keep in mind it might be problematic if you are outside the UK. You might have troubles like I have.

These guys sticked to the wire transfer as the only available payment method. I have no idea why not to offer other payment methods to make life easier.

Terrible service.

Fantastic customer service from Soundgas Auctions. Soundgas is run by an excellent team of people who treat their customers as individuals and not the usual hands-off attitude that most auction companies deploy.
Thanks to the team for sorting out a big problem.
