I purchased the Q900 and have had nothing but problems with them left ear bud stops working this is my fifth set the first four were warrantied all the same problem they won't warranty them anymore the box says they are new maybe Soundpeats is selling inferior products Buyer Beware!

The headphones Q12 which I had bought in the USA broke down within the warranty period, I sent an e-mail to the company explaining the problem in details. They responded very fast and just asked for the invoice and then offered to send me the upgraded model for free. However, as I live in Turkey, they could not shin the item oversees, but i stead they made a complete refund of my money to my credit card without asking to send the broken ones back! I was so impressed that in my first trip abroad, I ordered this upgraded version via Amazon, and send them the invoice as a sign of gratitude and trust they had transmitted me. Great company, great product indeed.

Excellent communication and responsiveness. Replaced defective headphones quickly and without having to mail the bad ones back.

I got my Q32 soundpeats to day I charged them up and paired them to my phone they are amazing the sound is awesome thank you soundpeats amazing product

I owned Soundpeats q12 and it worked fine for the first 6 months and all of a sudden the left earpiece was not working so I couriered the product the Mumbai service centre after that there was no response from their side regarding the replacement. After few days I called and enquired about the replacement the guy said we don't have the product in stock so we didn't respond to you and told me to wait for 2-3 weeks to get the earphones. I asked him to give me the same shade of the earphone which I previously had he said it depends on products he receive and if they don't get that shade they will refund me and directly disconnected the call.

Yahoo/MY REWARDS See enclosed Proof then all i got was Excuses lies had issues will send them in next few months in the meantime cant contact them on Facebook as if you stir up issues they wil block you and not honour there lies opps meant Prize thats over two months late .So why would you buy from a company that behaves like that as if your product has a fault cant see them behaving very annoyed at there lies so People be really Careful if you was buying from them ..

Great company. I had an issue and they very quickly replaced the product! Great customer service!

I loved the product!!!!!!!!!! i bought the q12 and the q30 and they are far superior to these other brands earphones i had previously tried out. i hardly ever do reviews but these pair of earphones are credit worthy. initially i wanted to get the q35 but i opted for a cheaper q30 but if these are this good, i yet to imagine the q36.

Believe me,if you are a lazy man,Force absolutely is your best choice. I've bought about 5 pairs of bluetooth headphones before since I really don't like to be restrained by wired headphones with jack, none of them does well in battery life.Especially during the workdays, charge cable can be easily left to house,so they are always shutdown while on my way home after work. To me, time would become longer if taking subway without music company.Force has a 16-hour battery life with 2 battery box, which is completely meet my simple request for a pair of bluetooth headphones.And what amazed me is that it is so light that wearing it never brought me burden feeling.Sound quality is also pretty good even in this price.
In general,you would never regret to have this pair of headphones

Great company with awesome products and customer service. I know some might be skeptical given the low prices and sketchy English, but these guys are the real deal - I've bought a handful of their headphones, and I have to say that at their pricepoint they cannot be beat (even beyond their pricepoint - I've heard comparisons of their products to name brands, and I would be inclined to agree). Definitely my go-to budget headphone company.

Best earphones ever for a very reasonable price. I have bought at least 40 pairs over the past 4 years, for myself, my kids and friends.
Q9+ for running, Q12 for tiny earphones, and A1 pro is my daughters favourite.

These are the best earbuds!

They fit in my ears comfortably! And these actually stayed in place while I was working out!

I love that they are magnetic so I can wear them around my neck without them falling off!

The music quality is amazing! I can hear and feel the bass! They are truly incredible!

I also like that I'm able to answer phone calls with the built in microphone!

They come with different size cushions to fit securely, a charging cable, and a bag to put everything in!

I am extremely pleased with my SoundPEATS earbuds! They are very comfortable in the ear and do not cause discomfort even after a whole day of use. The charging cable is included and I use my USB charger on these. The SoundBuds come with an extra set of small, medium and large ear pieces. These are IPX6 rated which means they are protected from a splash in any direction for 5 minutes. SoundPEATS SoundBuds come with an easy to read manual of operation. Pairing is super easy and it remembers to what it was paired. The sound quality is excellent. I am very hard of hearing and I can hear with these perfectly. As with all SoundPEATS products, the friendly company believes in what they sell and backs that up with an 12 month warranty! The battery on these is excellent! I use them for several hours and the battery is still full! What's not to like? I highly recommend!

I was previously using the Beats by Dre Powerbeats 3 wireless earbuds, and I must say the SoundPEATS blow them out of the water in terms of functionality, sound quality, and price point. The sound quality is far superior in regard to loudness and clarity. They fit 10x more comfortably, and fit securely while being lightweight. The SoundPEATS pair to my iPhone instantaneously upon turning them on as well. The battery life is long, and after a 2 hour workout with maximum volume, the battery charge went down only ~15%. Couldn’t be more satisfied, and highly recommend this product.

First, I bought these wireless earbuds unsure of the quality because with know brands like jaybuds, sony, beats, ect. out there for 4-5times the price their quality should be farr superior to any cheaper lesser-known models correct? Ummm.. let's see.

I Received these items shipped on time, received an email from customer services to make sure the fit, finish, and operations work to my linking (quickly deleted that email, I'm strange I know.)

After giving these to my wife I noticed that the sound from these seemed just as clear as other more expensive brands she has had in the past (speaking to you LG Tone's, lol. Still great til this day!)

These somehow cracked and it exposed the wire where the base of the microphone/controller piece was located. Now I was left to the daring McGwyver (probably mispelled) task of having to solder and superglue this hot-mess or take an easier approach and type words in an email and sent a red customer-messed-up alert to the folks at Soundpeats and risk them laughing at me behind a computer screen and deleting my email plea into the abyss of nothingness.

Well... To wrap this up, customer support responded by next day, requested a picture of the broken item, I sent it, and 48hrs later they verified my address and shipped a newer model out to me no questions asked.

Once again, this is not an expensive financial investment but what it shows me is that SP stands behind their customers and finding companies like this is a rare thing in my opinion. 5-Stars all the way and I'll on my part better damage-control. lol
