Hit their weekly cap by accident with one lucky win, now the rest is locked until next week. Didn’t see that limit mentioned clearly anywhere.

Auto-play ate my balance
I set auto-play thinking I’d stop in time, but got distracted and it just burned through my deposit really fast. They do have a stop-loss option, I noticed after, but it’s hidden in small settings. Wish it was clearer, I felt dumb and annoyed.
Website always logging me out
Every 10–15 minutes it logs me out “for security reasons” apparently. Super annoying when you’re in the middle of playing and suddenly it kicks you to the login page. Never had that issue on other casinos.
No response to email complaint
I wrote a long, detailed complaint about a suspected game bug. Two weeks later, total silence. Not even a canned “we received your email”. That says enough.
Bonus looked good, actually bad
That welcome bonus is basically a trap. You think free money but the wagering is huge and some games don’t even count. I finally completed it and ended with almost nothing. Would’ve been better just playing my own cash with no bonus.
