Got a quick reply from SourcingItaly in Whatsapp and clear instruction on how to write the address on the fully italian website. Got a heads up as soon as they received the package and it was forwarded to Sweden the next day for an amazingly fair price. The apple pay option was also very convenient. SourceingItaly was a total lifesaver! I’m based in the U.S. and had purchased a limited edition book that was only available at a signing event in Milan. I couldn’t travel for the event, and the person who was originally going to pick it up for me had to back out leaving me with the book paid for but no way to get it. I was honestly panicking.

I contacted SourcingItaly requsting a guesstimate for shipping. Cipriano responded a couple hours later and I thought the estimate was ok. I placed my order with Castelli bags and my shipment arrived at the SourcingItaly warehouse on a Tuesday. It was in my hands on Friday. The cost was even less than the estimate he provided when I initially contacted him. The interaction was professional, and the responses were quick using only WhatsApp. I will be using SourcingItaly again.
