My experience with this VPS has been very good. The server is stable and the network quality is excellent. Communication with customer support is clear and professional, and whenever I encounter issues or have questions, the support team responds promptly and helps resolve them.
I called this company for help with my microwave, and the owner claimed "he was going to drink water" then hung up on me. I do not know what else to do, my food is cold and i am starving.

I think you may have had the wrong company, we do not service microwaves, & instead provide VPS, Dedicated Servers & Colocation services. I wish you luck on getting your microwave repaired, and hope that you are able to heat up your food soon!

I've been working with Kevin at SMC for the last 6 months on a custom compute project and have had nothing but good experiences. The uptime has been excellent, and they respond quickly and capably when I have questions. For example, when I had some custom networking needs, Kevin collaborated with me to do do a custom hardware/software solution -- I was changing routing tables on the servers while he was modifying the physical network. It was a smooth process and the solution worked well!
This is one of a kind hosting company. It has lovely staff who try and help to the best of their ability's and they provide non-lag servers with a panel which is easy to use and configure. I would personally rate this 5 stars!
