Southern and co are the worst !!!!
Southern and co are the worst and most  unprofessional garage in Eastbourne, they provide you a quote wait till your car or van is in there and then try charge you for what they have already quoted for. Now not only are they trying to actively rip you of, when you question it they try to be little you. I had the unfortunate encounters with there reception team when needing works for an MOT that hadn’t passed, the gents name was Steven, me asking him questions to why he’s trying to rip me of or even tell me how they come to the conclusion of what needed to be done when they hadn’t even taken the part of. It’s a shame with the way of the world theses days as asking questions is now considered bullying as he told me that’s what I was doing to him, i was told on the phone my mount was broken but they hadn’t even taken it out just yet. I then spoke to a lady whom I believe is the manger or owner, I tried asking her the same question and then ask her to look at the quote provided with the additional quote they provide the day before as they wanted me to change both front springs as they wanted more works out of me.  Conveniently they can’t see the quotes they provide which is a  lunacy in its self, lucky I kept both copies, I took photos of them on my phone which is lucky. I say it’s lucky as I had the more expensive quote on my front seat, when I got the van back that was continently gone. Which I didn’t think much of till she told me she couldn’t see the quotes and actively asked me to go get it out of the van makes sense when there trying to hide the fact there trying to rip you of. How ever when shown that if you split the higher quote into two it’s the same cost as the single which means all parts where included in the singular quote. To the point she even told me she would actively make sure my van doesn’t get retested for the MOT anywhere else which again goes against all policy and MOT regulations which I will be getting in touch with. It’s a dam shame we still have rip of merchants out there dealing with our cars and vans, trying to rip people of on a daily basis. I wish I never went there as I was told not to as they hold this  reputation in the area but I needed it done asap so didn’t have a choice at the time, I will be posting to every platform they own and advertise on as this is completely unacceptable into today’s world disgusting service and disgusting people what a disgrace to the motoring industry !!
