All went well, during restrictions. Relaxed atmosphere during stressful time.

A tranquil setting for a most difficult day. Staff helpful and compassionate. The weblink allowed those who couldn’t attend to view the service. Which was most appreciated.

The setting beautiful, the room for the service was perfect. Having the service webcast live was a bonus, especially as so many couldn't travel due to Covid. Would definitely recommend this Crematorium.

This is a beautiful venue and setting. Clean and spacious.

Excellent all round. The arrangements for social distancing were clear but discreet. Support for a slideshow during the ceremony was very valuable, as was the capacity to play pre-recorded eulogies. Most useful however was the facility to live stream the ceremony and archive it for 28 days, for only a modest cost. This meant that many people who could not be present due to Covid restrictions, especially those overseas, could watch the funeral.
The room itself was tastefully presented and the grounds are beautiful. They will make a lovely resting place for my wife's ashes, and eventually, mine.

A lovely crematorium. It’s has pretty attractive gardens. Easy to get to, which was very important at a stressing time. Lots of parking. Bus stop right outside on the road.

I can not fault one aspect of the experience at the crematorium. The service, parking, where we were guided to sit, quality of music chosen, safety regarding Covid and everything that Sean Smith (Funeral Director) and Zoe Dunlop (celebrant) put in place, was absolutely exemplary.

The way the ashes were handed back to me via the funeral director was also faultless too. Thank you for all that you’ve done.

I thought my husband's funeral on 11th September was lovely. I found the whole experience very beautiful and unreal and could not believe it meant he would not be here any more. I had not been to South Oxford before and thought the whole experience and especially the arrangements to cater for the difficult times we are living through at the moment very carefully and thoughtfully handled. I couldn’t of asked for a better service than what I got very helpful go to give me in the right direction to get things sorted out that whole area is so beautiful and laid out but most of all the people that work there are so kind and very helpful anybody and I mean anybody using this facility Will be well looked after by the staff thank you for all you have done everybody said how wonderful service with is the best One they’ve been to once again thank you

Everything about this building is user friendly and, when attending a funeral, one is very much at ease. Beautifully kept.

Set in the South Oxfordshire countryside, this is a quiet and peaceful location for a funeral service. The facility is reasonably new and is well appointed with plenty of space for parking. The staff are very dignified and considerate and based on my experience, I would not hesitate to recommend it.

Lovely , peaceful setting , not rushed and respectful . The chapel was well ordered and allowed for an intimate celebration of life .

The facilities are excellent, all modern and very clean. We particularly liked the ability to show pictures during a point of reflection during the ceremony. A nice setting for a sad occasion.

Everything was perfect under the circumstances of COVID. Everything ran smoothly to time. We thought the chapel was excellent with great facilities- sound system was very good.

The grounds are special too - my 14 year old granddaughter asked if they did marriages there!
