I usually judge a company today by how they take care of their customers (almost above the product) and Soxy just did me a solid by helping me get my socks in time for Christmas. They were quick, polite and super helpful. Well done, all!

Honestly didn't think I was a "sock' guy!

Honestly didn't think I was a "sock" guy until I tried to find a pair of socks that didn't come from soxy, being left in utter disappointment.Quality, all the choices and how quickly they come after placing your order has me re-signing as a soxy VIP club member and not looking back.
Great job to soxy and the crew, who has helped get my kicks noticed since 2015!

POOR CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION - ORDER NOT RECEIVED ON TIME

On Dec 2, my husband placed an order for several Christmas-themed socks, which he was planning to wear to his elementary school. The website said that sock orders would be processed within 24 hours. (Unless placed on the weekend.) Since he placed the order on Sunday, we thought the order would be shipped on Dec 4. Soxy's confirmation email said the shipping would take 3-5 business days, and they gave us a USPS tracking number. On December 12, I checked the Tracking and the order was in "Pre-Shipment."

I just "chatted" with Soxy's customer service, who said they were waiting for the socks, and "hopefully" we'll get them by Christmas. After the initial confirmation email, we never received any notice the socks were on backorder. During the chat, the agent asked if "I would be willing to wait for the order if Soxy gave me an extra pair of socks?" I replied no, that I wanted to cancel the order and a refund. I shared my disappointment that Soxy does not keep the customer updated on the status of the order, and the agent said she would notify the person responsible for the website of this. Poor systems, poor communication!

Extremely Satisfied

I found Soxy online somewhere and was a bit skeptical as to the quality of the products. However, after purchasing socks, shoes & a belt, I can say that the quality is top notch. The socks go without saying- their designs are awesome and I get compliments on them every day. The shoes are actually very well made and are super snazzy. To top that, I had missed the "free sock" black Friday special by a few days and when I mentioned it to Soxy, they honored the special for me and sent me a bunch of free socks!! I'm extremely satisfied and CAN'T WAIT until they come out with new designs in the future. I'll be a lifetime customer for sure

Best socks and shoes ever

Every order I get from Soxy Socks is fantastic. I feel like it’s Christmas waiting for them and getting to open the package. I get compliments everyday on my socks and just love them so much. This is an awesome company.

I ordered the wrong socks, found a helpful chat icon readily available at the side of the page, was immediately connected to someone named Jake. He helped fix up my order within seconds. Amazing customer service. Excited for the socks.

The sign of a customer friendly company…

The sign of a customer friendly company is when things don't go just right. That happened to me when the shoes i ordered for my snazzy husband came in the wrong size. When I contacted the company, Rich, a representative, immediately emailed me and said to send them back and provided a paid ups label. No charges. Then I got regular emails letting me know when the replacements were shipped, and would arrive. Best of all, they added extra socks because of the glitch.

So, I (we) am 100% for Soxy, and the shoes are da'bomb. Karen

WOW describes it all

WOW! What a great experience. Having never ordered custom shoes online, I was skeptical no doubt. Quality? Fit? Customer service? Quality??!!
I fell in love with the style so I had to dive in.
When they arrived, better than expected in looks. The fit was dead on to size. Comfortable?? ABSOFREAKINLUTELY! I have worn them several times now and every time I get compliments on them and asked where they came from. I am still waiting on a sponsorship deal for being a spokesperson for Soxy.com 😉
And the socks, ON POINT! Again with the admiration and questions about where they came from.

Long term customer with out a doubt. Can’t wait to order another pair.

Soxy has the most eye catching socks…

Soxy has the most eye catching socks EVER!!. People compliment me all the time And ask where did I get them. I tell them the deverly was quick and that soxy customer care is by far the best I ever delt with. I like to stand out rather then blend in and with soxy socks you’ll be noticed.

I have purchased several pair of socks…

I have purchased several pair of socks from soxy and they are great. Everytime I wear a pair I always get great compliments. Would highly recommend these socks and hopefully they will make some for toddlers soon so I can buy some for my son!
