Good Quality
The material of the pet carrier was so good. Easy to wash too. Charcoal also won himself a leash, harness and the soycraft sling bag. The bag was really put in good use when I walking my fur kids;)

Bag is really good and comfy but the stud drop after 4month
Like: Bag is really nice and comfy which my dog really like alot.
Unlike: the safety clip abit short. 4month later, the stud under the bag drop out. Bag is lightly used. But sadly it cannot be repair and have to use with a stud missing which the bag is abit unstable when place on the floor.

(1) The safety clip has been tested at different length by our bag specialists before we decide on that length. When your pet is clipped-on with this current safety hook length, your pet’s body will not be able to move out of carrier. This prevent active pet from dropping/ jumping out from the carrier when you are on the move. It may restrict pet slightly, but with safety as our top consideration, this length has been adopted.
(2) We are very sorry to hear that one of your feet stud fell out. All our carriers are handmade and the feet studs were installed onto the base fabric at the first stage of carrier crafting, before seamstress starts sewing the rest of the carrier. We would have to dismantle the whole carrier to install the stud.
We received your feet stud feedback via Instagram previously. We have considered your feedback and removed the feet studs from our upcoming M and L carrier design.
