BEWARE!! This is a SCAM!!!!
I ordered a drone for £99.99 and haven’t received it after the time stated. The web site is now non existent and the email after payment doesn’t relate to anything I had purchased. No point of contact either.

SCAM... Avoid
Similar story like others. Fake Fedex details, order delivered to someone else.
No reply to several emails and now the website and email id is not working. Lost £124!

Scam....Avoid...following the most recent reports.
I just don't understand the good reviews.

Just been ripped off by spacecitydrones.co.uk I ordered a drone and they provided fake delivery ticket from FedEx . This is a scam, do not purchase from this fake company

This company was MediaXpress last week do not buy from them. When you purchase your bank statement tells you it’s to recordsltd the phone number attached is for Norwich football club!!! Complete scam my bank is looking into it and think it is fraud!!! Don’t waste your money!!! I tried to purchase the Dji drone mini 2 for £109.99 it never arrived and to be honest it’s my own fault for thinking I could actually purchase that at that price!!! They have emailed me saying that MediaXpress has used there website…… AS IF!!! It’s funny that there website has completely gone and now there is this with the same stupid deal and the same blag reviews!!! DO NOT TRUST you will get a confirmation email but that’s all you will receive!!! And now looking the last review was 2020!!!! Defo a scam this!!!

This is the best drone 😀 I'm so happy with this toy 🙌🏼

I ordered the DJI Mavic in early December, in hopes to get it in time for my husband for Christmas. Originally Jason did not anticipate a problem in getting it on time. A few weeks later, he informed me that the Mavic was on back order within DJI and that he would keep me posted on any updates, but that he expected to receive more in January. While I had to tell my husband about his delayed Christmas gift, he was still very anxious for the arrival of his new drone. January came and went and no drone. Then Feb came and it was Chinese New Year, so the company was closed for a week to observe the holiday. As we became frustrated, Jason kept communication and assured us that it was a waiting game for all of us. On the verge of canceling our order to just order through DJI, Jason had good news and said that he expected a shipment the next week and that one of the drones would be ours. He was right. 3/7/17 we finally received the Mavic. While, the process was frustrating, non of this was Space City Drones fault. Jason was honest, had great communication and was very patient. I would absolutely refer my friends and family to this company that's why I give them 5 stars.

The Walkera came straight away, however the DJI took a couple of months. Jason, was very responsive to my questions and I understand the delay was totally DJI's issue. I believe they rolled out the Mavic to coincide with the Karma and were not prepared for the demand. Overall, I am pleased to have the Mavic in hand and I am looking forward to many hours of flight!

Jason from Space City Drones was so helpful. We purchased a different drone from another company, had nothing but issues with it, like getting it to fly... Jason had the answers. The other one had sinking issues with the controller and he knew all about it. We bought a different drone from him and we love it! Finally we have our Christmas present in March!

Ordered a phantom 4pro and received it that week. Jason was very helpful in fulfilling my order

I had an issue but Jason cleared it up quickly.

Jason did a great robin three ways:
1) Met me at the park when he was in town and gave me some hands on with the Phantom 4 Pro.
2) Kept me updated with the status of my order.
3) Is responsive to questions when I have them (I am a newbie).

Enjoyed the purchase experience and look forward to a continued relationship with Space City Drones!

My #1 choice for everything about drones. Jason got my Mavic Pro pre order taken care of and followed up with DJI till i got my drone. Even under a DJI shipping mess, jason came thru for me. I dont know how he does it, but he answered every one of my questions no matter how silly it seemed to me. His attention to detail is top of the line and i highly recommend Space City Drones for anybody looking for the perfect drone. Thank you Space City Drones. Beyond 10 stars.

Space City Drones was great to deal with! They were honest and responsive to all of my questions! I highly recommend!
I recently purchased a Mavic Pro from DJI. Although DJI had supply chain issues and were not able to ship immediately, Space City Drones kept me informed and even offered to refund my money if I just could not wait any longer.
