So first we arranged a video call to understand my needs way better. After that we found a way to do the housing search.

After doing 3 online viewings I found the perfect apartment.

Besides helping me finding the apartment they also arranged all the documentation for me.

NIE and TIE and my digital nomad Visa

I’m sharing this to help others avoid what happened to us.

On Dec 24, 2025, we sent an international transfer through our bank to this company's Spanish EUR bank account for an apartment rental in Màlaga, Spain. Before sending the money, they were very responsive and professional, and we spoke on the phone once. After the funds were received, both our contacts at the company stopped responding and taking our calls. It has been 16 days since we sent the money and they seem to have disappeared. We are now coming to terms with the probability that this was a fraud and we've been scammed.

We contacted our bank's support, but as expected, the transfer is complete, and there’s no way to reverse it.

We will now file a police report.
