Confirmation arrived immediately after booking, payment reminders were clear and arrival instructions were sent exactly on schedule. Nothing felt last minute or disorganised. It's refreshing to deal with a company that keeps its promises and communicates properly throughout the whole process.

We wanted somewhere peaceful where we could spend most of our time outdoors, and that's exactly what we found. Breakfast by the pool became part of our daily routine, followed by slow afternoons reading and swimming. Spain Villa Holidays handled the practical side efficiently, leaving us free to enjoy the holiday without distractions.

This was actually our first time renting a villa instead of staying in a hotel, so we had quite a few questions. Every email was answered politely and without delay. We never felt like we were bothering anyone. The whole process was simple, transparent and very well organised. It gave us confidence from the beginning.

What I appreciated most was that communication didn't stop after we paid. We received useful emails before travelling, someone checked that we had arrived safely and when we asked about extending our check-out time they looked into it immediately. Unfortunately it wasn't available because of another booking, but they explained everything clearly and even helped us store our luggage until our transfer arrived. Great service.

Travelling with three families can be challenging but this villa in Costa Blanca worked brilliantly. We initially entered the wrong gate access code upon arrival, but support replied within minutes and helped us gain access without any issues. Everyone had enough space, the children practically lived in the swimming pool and the adults enjoyed the outdoor BBQ area every evening. The local recommendations provided before arrival were extremely useful and helped us discover several excellent restaurants we probably wouldn't have found ourselves. One of our best family holidays.

This was our second booking through the agency and once again everything was handled professionally. We stayed in Mallorca and had a few questions before travelling regarding airport transfers and local attractions. Every email was answered quickly and clearly. We needed additional towels for our group during the stay. The team arranged delivery very quickly and were extremely helpful throughout. The villa was exactly as shown in the photos, very clean and in a peaceful location. We particularly enjoyed visiting Port de Sóller and some of the small villages nearby. Excellent service and we would happily book again.

We have rented many villas throughout Spain over the years and this property was certainly one of the better ones. The location was excellent, offering easy access to beaches, restaurants and local attractions while still providing privacy and tranquillity. The villa itself was exceptionally clean and well equipped, with comfortable beds, quality linens and a fantastic swimming pool. The booking process was straightforward and communication remained excellent throughout. We would not hesitate to return.

During our stay we experienced a very minor issue with one of the air conditioning units. We contacted the property manager expecting the matter to be addressed the following day, but somebody responded almost immediately and arranged for it to be checked. The issue was resolved quickly and had very little impact on our holiday. Apart from that, everything was excellent. The villa was beautifully presented, very clean and exactly as shhown in the photographs. The speed and professionalism with which the issue was handled actually increased our confidence in the company.

We stayed in Mallorca for seven nights as a family of six and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The booking process was simple, communication was excellent and we received plenty of useful information before travelling. The villa was beautifully maintained, very clean and exactly as shown in the photos. One thing we particularly appreciated was the local recommendations. The team suggested several beaches, restaurants and small villages that we may never have discovered on our own. We spent a fantastic day exploring Valldemossa and enjoyed some wonderful meals overlooking the sea in Port de Sóller. The pool was spotless, the beds were comfortable and the outdoor dining area quickly became our favourite place to gather every evening. Everything felt relaxed, organised and stress-free. We would happily book through them again.
