Worst customer service ever. I requested delayed delivery because I was out of town two weeks ago, and I still have not received the new lid nor any timeline on when to expect it. Calls and emails get one line responses and nothing happens.

The staff were pleasant. They sent the spa cover folding the wrong way.
They said they would send the correct one but I have not gotten word yet. It’s been weeks.

Decent product, very poor delivery.

The product was correctly prepared and shipped after 10 days. The cover seems well built and comes with a label indicating made in Canada. The fit and finish are good.

It took almost 30 days to go from Mississauga Ontario to Golden BC. It was difficult to get information about the shipment progress until the last 5 days. Even then the hand off from one carrier to another was not well communicated.

Paid for rush delivery. Still took 4 weeks and I had to go pick up at courier as they said it would be 3 more days before delivery.

As far as the cover it’s definitely a 5 stars but they certainly loss points with production time and shipping especially when a customer pays for “rush” it was supposed to be 10 days to make it and it took 2 weeks then another 2 weeks before it shipped. Cover is good quality and looks good and the fit is perfect I upgraded for the Aquatex material and the 5/3” thickness. Highly recommended. New cover is 10 times light than my old one.

I ordered a Caldera Kawai spa cover, the fit is way too loose for that particular model. Strings were left on cut around the seam. Overall, for the money dissatisfied with the quality and the fit. My last Spa cover had a much better fit, and thicker quality vinyl material.

Spa-Migo provided an excellent experience from start to finish. My spa cover arrived even sooner than expected, and their customer service was truly outstanding—some of the best I’ve ever experienced. I highly recommend them!

The cover came with an error made during manufacturing the product and the company responded by replacing with a new cover.

I didn’t receive the hot tub cover as promised in fact, there was no contact and after waiting over a month I finally called to find out the status of my order only to be told that it had not been processed. Additionally, Jeremy, the individual I was working with said he would call and talk with the company to see if there was something they could do to compensate for this and he would call me back that never happened either. Just not a company I would recommend to anybody.

I want to provide an update. Last summer, I ordered a cover for my round rotospa wiht the following upgrades: reinforced hinge, 5" skirt length and fully insulated hinge. The cover fit perfectly and while a bit thicker than the original, it opened and closed easily. The long skirt requires a bit more care when closing, but the extra insulation reduced the time the pump needed to run during our very cold Ottawa winter, so I was very happy with the extra insulation. The folks at Spa-migo were professional, easy to get in touch with and the cover was delivered within the time frame promised and arrived in excellent shape. I would not hesitate to deal with them in the future.

Alex was super helpful, great follow up and helped me measure my cover to get the correct fit. Would purchase again and I love the color options and fit.

Ordered a cover, great service, agents asked me questions concerning the strap placements, and measurements. Answered all my questions.
The skirt is a bit shorter than what I wanted, but that is my fault; I didn't measure it properly and gave them the wrong information. Otherwise, great job!

I sent them photos of a tear in my brand new hot tub cover. They asked for photos and I thought this is great, I feel acknowledged.

I the received a response syimply providing a link to their warranty terms and conditions and a note saying it is not covered under warranty.

Their solution was for me to go buy flex seal and use that on a brand new cover.

Ordering was easy online. Customer service reached out before making the cover in order to be sure the order looked right. They took the time to talk to me to ensure it would be made exactly the way I wanted it. They noticed that I ordered a cover for the cover that was bigger than it needed to be and asked if I wanted a smaller one (which I did), and I was thankful for that. It arrived sooner than expected. Shipping cost was very reasonable. And the cover appears to be better quality (thicker, better material, more tightly sewn, perfectly-fitting skirt) than the spa manufacturer cover that I'd previously had. AND it cost hundreds of dollars less than if I would have purchased it through the spa manufacturer. I'm very happy with every aspect of the experience!
