Really good price for part and quick delivery

Very annoyed that they’d sent me a cistern accessory kit when I’d ordered a combination bath waste clicker plug ! However, it was easy to email them - an apology was received within 2 hours and a promise to supply the correct item asap. Correct item received four days later. Mistakes can be made - it’s how they are dealt with that’s important. I’d use this company again.

Found the part I needed having previously researched the correct model number, easy ordering, quick delivery. The listing mentioned the suitability of the spare filters for my Hoover and I was well impressed when, on delivery, they were the genuine Hoover 3 part set. This filter pack was not listed on Hoover's own site, and elsewhere seemed to be selling the replacement filters as a two part set rather than the necessary three part set. I would most definitely recommend checking on this site for spare parts. The price was very good, particularly as the set turned out to be genuine Hoover products.

Great service

Ordered a original Dyson filter for my purifier. An non original Dyson part arrived. It is also the wrong part. Diffrent from what I ordered or on my invoice. I've emailed and awaiting a response
Edit. After an email they have now delivered the correct part I paid for.
Because of this I'd use the company again although it's sad they sent the wrong item as I had quite a wait for an item I paid for and needed.

This piston blocker broke the first time I used it leaving a chuck of plastic in the cylinder and an unusable chainsaw. Avoid this product. On the plus side the product arrived promptly.

Items arrived before scheduled date and now fitted to my vacuum cleaner. They fit and work perfectly. Great stuff.

The dimensions for the cooker hood filters I ordered were incorrect on the website. When I contacted customer services to arrange a return I was informed I would have to pay the return postage cost. This would have been fine if it was my mistake but it wasn't!!!!! To cut a long story short I am now £10 out of pocket for using this company. Poor customer service and a refusal to reimburse me for the return postage. I would be very careful ordering from this company and personally I will never use them again. Total disregard for the distance selling regulations.
