Odd company. Ordered and paid for part....no confirmation, no tracking and in the end no delivery.
No response to emails, PayPal contacted and they got not response either so issued me a refund. Spareshub was clearly not happy with this so they sent an email demanding payment was resent as they claim the tracking (which we never received) stated it had been delivered....the item was not delivered nor did they send proof of delivery. Shame they hadn't replied to the emails that were sent to them!

Ordered on Saturday arrived on Thursday can confirm the product seems to be genuine and is working fine no complaints really and got the warranty

Delivered later than expected but they wasn’t lying when they said it was genuine at a fraction of the price. Thanks.

Over the moon with the part I needed
I ordered from another spares company, waited a week and they cancelled my order, so I’m so glad to have this finally sorted!

I was a bit cautious to buy due to a numebr of reviews saying about late delivery

However I did and I am pleased to say that my charger has arrived and it was on time

I would buy again in the future

my machine - works great again

I expected it to arrive within 5 working days, it was probably around 7. Other than that, I’m satisfied. It was much cheaper than buying from a few other places that I found online.

I’m really impressed with the service received.
I was told what part I needed and it was with me the following week! It’s now fitted and my hoover is working perfect again!

update to earlier review .
i have finally recived my order after 3 weeks and can confirm genuine dyson spares (direct from dyson so i think this is where the delay maybe ),suggest spareshub uk work on there delivery status and communication too customers, prices were competative however i found it very flustrating trying to contact them only when i put a very negative review on trust pilot did i get the generic message after emailing them twice however they did finally respond ,the website says order will be up to 7 working days in all mine took longer placed on the 15th conformation on the 19th that its on its way (to be fair over the easter period ) arrived 04th/05th May after another bank holiday ,so yes longer than expected ,very happy with the parts as they are genuine and from Dyson but the overall experiance through spareshub wasnt great ,but they did send me a free charger as an apology so this was apprecited ,would i use again .mmmm maybe if i wasnt in a rush or had expectations of a 7 day turn around ,certainly improvements need to be made to the delivery expectation thats for sure,

Ordered dyson spares on the 15th of april 19th of April email received saying my order was on its way ,29th april still no delivery As others stated phone number is basically not contactable
No tracking detail although they advise this on the order conformation ,and adviseing order on its way ,Emailed them twice this week and yes youve got it ...no reply... so I am begining to think a number of the reviews on here with positive feedback are probably fake ..I hope that I can retract this review but i doubt it, i only wish I had gone somewhere else more reputable, .thankfully i paid via paypal so i Will be contacting them to resolve this very shortly .disappointing.i like others have given them the benefit of the doubt and looked as we all do for the cheapest,sadley not a pleasant experiance ,i typically enjoy the reviews where people have spoken to spareshub uk i would really like to know how ,,telephathy ? avoid them .
Update ...just received the same message as everyone else asking me to email them.with my order number...clearly they have not read the review where I have emailed them TWICE already .. ..

I ordered the battery on the 12/04 and received an e-mail on the 19/04 to say that it was on it's way but had not received it by the 25/04 and e-mailed to ask when it would be delivered and received an automatic reply to say that they would get back to me in 24 hours and I have heard nothing since.

Taken my money . I Cancelled my order as found an alternative . No reply to emails asking when money will be refunded . Eight days and no contact whatsoever . Avoid them . At worst a scam at best absolutely awful customer service.

Update- Bank refunded the money. Go down this route as it was pretty straight forward. The part eventually turned up twelve days after ordering ( email requesting cancellation on day of purchase ignored) and directly from Dyson ( go figure) . I returned the item and havent bothered reclaiming the postage costs, which they claim they will do, as communication with them is almost impossible. Never again - lesson learned.
