Order placed for Dyson v11 cyclone on 3rd February. Received confirmation email on 6th February advising order is on its way but no tracking details provided. Have been emailing to chase this. Spares Hut only replied to me on 11th February asking if still not received and are not replying to me since. Would like to know where my order is as I currently do not have a working hoover
Update 1ST May as requested by spareshut: order was received late February (HUT2643) but it was the wrong colour (gold) that does not match my hoover and therefore not what I ordered. I contacted spareshut right away and have still not received a response. Will be avoiding this company in future

Item dispatched next day however wrong item was received. Was packaged well. Spoke to customer service and a replacement was issued when I dropped the wrong item off at the post office. Shame I received the wrong item in the first place but mistakes happen. Dyson is now working again.

Did not get an email when my order was being sent claimed through PayPal and was delivered the next day if I got a dispatch email would’ve been a lot better lol
