Do NOT buy from this company. My goods (which were tracked) went missing in the post. Royal Mail advised that the company had to file a claim by providing proof of postage, so that a refund could be isdued. I contacted Sparkly Tails twice by email, and once via their messaging service, but received no response and no refund. I am now in the process of reporting them to Trading Standards, and trying to get a refund via my bank.

We Miniature Poodles have high standards. Yes, we have a bit of a reputation for being a little snobbish, I get that.
Though don't always judge a book by its cover ....

I really enjoy taking my humans to Sparkly Tails.
Because whilst I can investigate what wonderful delights are there - treats of course - healthy natural treats - get fussed over by the humans that are in charge of this Aladin's cave ,who clearly love and have a genuine interest in dogs and all things doggy related, my humans seem very happy to be there too.

They seem interested in what's on offer, toys, puzzles, coats, leads, collars, beds .... all that sort of stuff, which does all appear to be good quality.

Yup, sure love a Sparkly Tails visit.

Brilliant products and fast shipping

Easy website to use, ordering and delivery process was quick. I'm very pleased with the alpha 360 dog collar which I bought to stop my staffy/lab cross choking herself when she pulls on the lead to get into the park. She took to it immediately and we have certainly had less gagging when she wears it. It appears to be well made as I would expect for the price so I hope it will last well.

Ordered dog walking bum bag as a Christmas present. Just what I wanted, looks hard wearing came nicely packaged wrapped in tissue paper. Also bought some dog treats which I know will be appreciated by 2 little pups. Delivered as advised it would be.

It was easy to navigate, the product was exactly like the photos and it even came with a thank you note for supporting a small business.

Ordered a martingale collar. The product isn't what I expected. Have now made 3 requests for a return and refund, all of which have been ignored. Very poor customer service

Absolutely great dog toys, they absolutely loved them! The snuffly toys are amazing and were thankfully a good challenge for two pups who worked out a different puzzle toy within 3 minutes! Also the octopus is so robust, so important for puppies who have managed to destroy other 'tough'toys.
