Amazing service with the lovely Helen
I rang and spoke to the lovely Helen. knowing how important our mobile is to us Helen made the process so easy it turned my day around as I have to leave the country on Friday. the instructions were clear and even emailed me when I couldn't phone back to give the tracking number. suffice to say if I can you a 6 star I would. Helen and the team were fantastic, and I just wanna say thank you from the bottom of my heart. an amazing laugh too. I wish all customer service was like her. have a great day. what Time is it? Emma was extremely helpful from 9 Am in…
Emma was extremely helpful from 9 Am in the morning right through till 4pm. Sorting out the insurance claim for my son’s phone that was robbed of him the previous night. I rang Citymain nirevthem 10 times along with ringing EE . Emma was ever so helpful each time advising me. I did ring back a few times and Emma wasn’t there and another gentlemen helped me also . I feel Emma went over and beyond to help me and even with mr being frustrated kept me calm .

Great customer service. I called to change my phone covered and also change payment date. There was no waiting on the phone and answered straight away. Lisa helped me really effectively and was super knowledgeable and friendly.

I had a query with my Insurance document. I hadn’t received it However, Lisa was extremely helpful and efficient and within 10 minutes I now have it.

I want to thank Emma that helped me for setting up my new policy whilst I was on the phone and she talked me through it all I highly recommend this company I have been with this company for a while now and when I phoned to ensure a new gadget Emma was very professional and very knowledgeable and helpful I highly recommend this company I had a look at other companies and came across this company was the best one I would never change insurance companies I will be staying with this company for years to come she wasn’t sure if my new gadget could get insured so she asked someone and they said it could
