This Company is awful

This Company is awful. I received an item I ordered off of somebody’s baby registry the box was completely damaged and looked like it had been a previous return. When I contacted Julia customer service she informed me that I could return the item but it was out of stock. I asked for a refund because I would have to go buy a new item in time for the baby shower and they refused. Unfortunately had to throw this item out because I could not even give this to the person because it looked also. This company is customer service is awful to deal with I will never buy from them again and I will make sure none of my friends do it either. It has been a total headache.

Horrible

Horrible, horrible, horrible. I will not support a tacky racist business ever! As a owner you should stand up for what's right. You can't call people names and things like that and expect to pull in POC business and the fact that you are now trying to add black babies to your ig now is sickening. I would never recommend or pay a penny to thus company.

Its a spam

Its a spam. They contact you and asked you to collaborate and ask you to first order few products on promise to give commision on further sales. Once you order, you will never get the item nor your money. Good reiews are written by their agents.

TERRIBLE. Ordered items 2 months ago, and am yet to receive a refund on one missing item. Have constantly emailed asking for resolution with absolutely no response. Avoid ordering through this dodgy “business”.

I wish I could give 0 star. This was the first time I ever have to constantly emailing a company to obtain tracking information, status update, and missing items. My package arrived 3 weeks after ordering, and the only thing arrived was a bow, the rest of my order is all missing, and when I check the website it said the order was “fulfilled”. Are you kidding me? Why would anyone want this hassle and added stress when you’re shopping for somewhat expensive baby items (not necessities)? Just like many reviewers, I too have to deal with customer service “Julia”. She was no help at all and didn’t even apologize for anything. I will never order from them ever again and would stop anyone I know ordering from them as well.

My order took 2 months to fill & they…

My order took 2 months to fill & they couldn’t fulfill one of the 3 items so I was refunded after 2 months. Customer service is definitely lacking. “Julia” responded plainly without apology for all the delays and inconvenience. I had to continuously reach out to obtain status updates and request tracking info. I have purchased quite a bit from this company in the past but will no longer do so as they are obviously having difficulty running their business. The last item of my order arrived today a complete wrinkled mess. This company has left a bad taste in my mouth. I will no longer recommend.

Customer service is lacking, some material low quality

Customer service is lacking. I ordered several items as a gift thankfully way ahead of time as all but one trickled in slowly over a month. When I inquired about the last item, they said they’d look into and ship it ASAP. I then, days later, get notice of a refund without explanation or reaching out to see if they could substitute an item with the same pattern or something for me. I had items to match the one missing item, and it was quite disappointing.

Further on the order prior to this, a couple of the rompers/onesie material from their house brand was very low quality with the pattern nearly disappearing after the first couple washes, even on gentle with Dreft.

Great Customer Service

My 84 year old mother ordered a few things from SpearmintLove. One of the barrettes in the set arrived broken. I contacted the company, and they immediately sent out a new set. It arrived in a couple of days. I’m very happy with their customer service.

Amazing Products and Company

First off, the products are amazing. My daughter always looks adorable and the quality is worth the price. I am absolutely horrified at the reviews on this page. Spearmint Love is a business, no business should be reprimanded for not using their platform as a way to address matters other than what they are there for, which is to sell baby clothes. How dare you tear down a business because it does not fit your agenda. Black lives matter, we know this and the owners of Spearmint know this. How about we focus on the baby clothes and find ways to support and uplift without tearing down others.

Artist called Anti-Semitic

I provided artwork for the company. I was tipped off that they were using images of Black babies and not supporting Black Lives Matter. I confronted the Owner on issues that her own customer’s were openly addressing. She responded with calling me Anti-Semitic.

TERRIBLE

First of all, upon reading the other reviews and looking at the Instagram it's shocking they aren't supporting BLM and are racist!! Why delete comments?

Secondly, the customer service is terrible. I sent a simple email with a question about a product, only to be sent rude and unhelpful responses from Julia. Not a great person to have interacting with customers who want to give you their hard earned cash.

I won't be shopping with them, and not would I recommend them. No point trying to complain on their Instagram either as they just delete any comment that calls them out.

Will not support a racist company

One of Spearmint’s artists contacted them (presumably the founder/owner) to express disappointment the company is not properly supporting the black community. The artist’s email was appropriate and respectful. In response, the Spearmint owner was “beyond outraged” on being called out for her lack of support and called the artist an anti-Semite. I find throwing the term anti-Semite around to be incredibly offensive- there’s no need to wrongfully accuse someone of bigotry unless you’re trying to cover up your own.

I spoke with several other moms, and all of our comments were deleted from Spearmint’s social media and we were all blocked. This company silences women of color and does not support them so I will never support them again.

Absolutely the worst

Absolutely the worst! Their fabric quality does not match the high price they charge. Their return policy is so bizarre and it is something that should be highlighted during the purchase. 7 days + user pays for return.
I regret shopping and wasting $60 on two items when the quality is SO poor. If you start to do some fabric research, you will learn they're no different than any average brand.

To all customers who care about black lives matter. I want to inform you that Spearmint is against BLM. After posting for the first time about BLM, her caption was white praying hands, her customers began to question what that meant, she then deleted comments about BLM then edited her caption adding #endracism . Again her customers continued to question asking for a response. She then began deleting more comments. We should NOT support a business that does not truly believe in BLM. BOYCOTT!

wish I had saw these reviews before ordering....Nothing special when the items arrived, but expensive prices..Was also charged £17 customs fees...huge mistake. Also took forever to come. will never use again total rip off.

Wish I could give minus stars

Wish I could give minus stars! I haven’t even purchased yet and I asked them why their rompers were £30 when I’ve found the exact same one for £8 on another site and the sent a photo of their romper and the exact same from the other website. they responded “shame on you for supporting knockoffs. We are a real designer brand, not made in China. Stolen photography too. Disgusting!” The picture they thought was stolen was from their website! A “family run business” that shouldn’t be making money at all with that awful customer service. Not deserving of anybody’s money! Not only did they stop (save me from) a potential purchase but I will now make sure I don’t recommend this brand.
