Excellent Service from Kirsty Reilly (Bridging Loan)
Kirsty Reilly assisted me with a bridging loan in December 2023. She was diligent and extremely knowledgable. What I appreciated most however, was her 'hand holding' throughout what was a new process for me. No matter how many questions I asked, a thorough explanation was always patiently given. She was responsive and always quick to follow up with the funders, ensuring that the process stayed on track. There were a few unexpected complications along the way (not of Specialist Hub's making) and she went above and beyond to assist in circumnavigating them. I would certainly not hesitate in recommending Kirsty and SH's services or revisiting them in the event of my own needs. Thank you Kirsty!
