I ordered a personalised tea light candle holder and I couldn’t be happier with it. The delivery was extremely fast, and the item arrived beautifully made and exactly as described. The personalisation was perfect and made it feel really special. Excellent quality and service — I would definitely recommend and will be ordering again.

I ordered a necklace and two days later I got shipping info saying it was delivered, but it was not. After contacting the company, Stefanie was so quick to look into the issue. She responded quickly and got everything sorted out. It was actually an issue with the receiving mailing office. I bring this up to show tell how great their customer service is. I received my product a few days later and it is beautiful and I can't wait to give it to my daughter. I will be a returning customer.

I ordered a gift for my granddaughter's christening, a silver engraved heart trinket box with cross and chain. It was so easy to use their website and make the purchase. I ordered it on the evening of Thursday 29th and received an email the day after (Friday) to say it was ready and being dispatched. It was delivered safely on Saturday 31st. Very good service from start to finish. I love the finish product, which is done to a high quality. I would highly recommend this company for any gifts.

So pleased with these personalised photo albums. They were smaller than I expected but in-fact perfect for 6x4 photos. I ordered two albums for my twin grandchildren’s 18th birthdays with photos memories of their 18 years. They were thrilled with them and perfect size to store. In addition the company refunded one postage charge as I’d ordered on separate days but they sent both albums together. So impressed with the honestly of the company. Delivery was prompt and good communication- thank you

Purchased this memorial vase as reflected a loved one gone too soon and not the traditional black which wasn’t fitting to remember a loved one so full of life and laughter.

I ordered a personalised snow globe and was a bit apprehensive as it was so cheap so wasn't expecting anything great.
I received the globe well within the stipulated time frame and its absolutely beautiful! I am really impressed so I'm rushing to buy another before Christmas!

Really disappointed to find that the ‘personalisation’ is just a sticker on the side of the candle which has so many air bubbles where it’s not been applied carefully, and which is already peeling off. These were meant to be Christmas presents for my nieces. I will not be buying from here again. Taking into account the delivery charge as well these were not worth the money.

Had a personalised book for my granddaughter it was wonderful, however I misplaced it so contacted special moments, nothing was too much trouble, they still had my details on file and swiftly sent me a replacement. I would highly recommend to anyone. Thankyou special moments
