They just waste your time and never pay anything.

Keep receiving email from feedback@ spectrumcustomersurvey.com and can never participate. Not even Spectrum could help. Therefore, since there is no way to contact them, going to add the email address to my block list on the email server.

Complete trash survey provider

I just attempted to take a survey with them, which involved sitting through performances from the show "America's Got Talent", watching a whole bunch of commercials and then seeing a preview of a show, but when the preview was supposed to start, there was an error, and that was it! I wasted all that time and didn't get any compensation credit, not even a few points! They obviously don't check out their videos well enough if they poop out during a survey. I'll be avoiding them from now on.

They seemed to dismiss you for pathetic reasons. eg survey full, you don't fit the criteria. i believe at 79 they don't want to know what I've learnt for all those years.

Wann immer eine Umfrage auftaucht von dieser Webseite ob nun direkt oder vermittelt habe ich aufgehoert diese auch nur zu beginnen. Da ich doch immer wieder nach dem ausfuellen der doch immer wieder gleichen ...nervigen Fragen aussortiert werde.

Ich habe es bis Ende letzten Jahres immer wieder ausprobiert, nur es hat nie etwas gebracht daher vergeude ich keine Zeit mehr mit dieser Webseite.
Den unser aller Lebenszeit ist doch begrenzt und sollte nicht vergeudet werden an Unternehmen die sie doch nur vergeuden und fuer sich am besten gratis nutzen wollen.
Somit schliesse ich wann immer eine Umfrage auf dieser Webseite auftaucht die Seite umgehend wieder...es bringt ja nichts ein am Ende...bzw. dahin bin ich noch nie gekommen....80P

This company is a waste of time. It asks one to type in a couple of sentences in a space but it doesn't work. You can't type anything. If they've had enough responses they should remove their stuff off Polfish, or Polfish should dump them if the surveys just don't work.

A complete waste of your life time. See by yourself here, they don't even care on answering this reviews. ITS A SCAM PPL they harvest your data and make millions selling your private data to scrupulous enterprises. And all that for what?, just for 2 cent paid surveys. WAKE UP PPL you have been warned.

I thought I was the only one.... but just have a look at the comments. And these kind of comments are all over the 'net. Pure Spectrum are the pits. Nobody can qualify for their surveys, they are frankly ridiculous. I am instantly, and I mean instantly, screened out. When I see it's them, I close the survey; I don't waste my time and neither should you.
Believe me, I tried every means to qualify but it's like they don't want anyone. What's the point of them? Data harvesting?
Absolute garbage. Just ignore them. I hope they go BROKE.

You asked for my 14 year old daughter to do a survey and at the end you said that we had to start all over again cuz this survey wasn't no good and she spent all that time on it I am so disappointed I doubt if I'll ever do a survey again and I definitely will ask her to participate in one

Spectrum is one of the worst survey companies, always asking numerous qualification questions (including open-ended questions), never paying promised rewards, and never even posting. I've learned not to bother proceeding once I've identified Spectrum as being involved, because it's always a complete waste of my time -- Spectrum never comes off even one cent.

ask for all information, zip code date of birth, how many people live in your house, yearly salary, gender and age of your family, state, etc. this is a dangerous company passing as a survey and collecting info. red flag all over

Es gibt viele unsaubere Umfrageportale, aber diese Seite ist einfach unterirdisch. Mir wird schon schlecht, wenn ich ihre typischen Qualifikationsfragen sehe. Die meisten Umfragen enden direkt danach, manchmal lässt das Portal die komplette Umfrage minutenlang ausfüllen, um am Ende mitzuteilen "da hat etwas nicht gepasst" und rauszuwerfen. Sehr perfide und frustrierend. Lieber sofort die Umfragen von Spectrumsurveys schließen, die bringen Ihnen eh nichts.

OFTEN let's you complete an entire survey before saying "you haven't been selected to complete this survey" which is BS because MULTIPLE times I did an entire survey (which they directed to) and then get told I'm not selected. Absolute trash of a service which clearly is getting paid by the companies for the survey and just not compensating the surveyed.
