I ordered 3 cubes and they all arrived neatly packaged just under three weeks later exactly as ordered. Despite the negative reviews they do provide tracking for your order with it updating on the website now. Any questions I asked were answered the day after so I would recommend them if you want to save money and don't mind waiting.

If you're skeptical probably keep to the more budget cubes since I choose a variety of different sized budget cubes and had a positive experience but I can't say what the quality of their premium cubes are personally.

The use of the .co.uk domain despite being shipped from China initially made me doubtful but the quality compared to the price elsewhere was worth it

Delivery took about 3 weeks. Was unsure after I bought whether it’d actually turn up because of all the negative reviews but I got sent tracking information from UBI which was actually really useful. I think many of the negative reviews may be because it does seem like it’s a fake store with the cheap prices and long delivery times but my experience was good and the cube was perfect. Probably will buy from a UK based shop next time though just because of the long waits and still unsure if some people have problems with their orders.

As others have mentioned, speedcubestore.co.uk is based in China, which is made clear on the store's FAQs page. Be prepared for delayed replies to emails, and brusque responses written in broken English (which is immeasurably better than most Brits' Cantonese).

Despite the negative reviews here on Trustpilot and elsewhere – some of which suggest the store is fraudulent – my experience was positive overall. Yes, there was a glitch with my order, but this was resolved quickly after just a couple of emails.

My order for three cubes was processed quickly, although the status page never progressed beyond 'processing'. Delivery took exactly 14 days. The cubes arrived well packaged, and are genuine.

Unfortunately, one cube was missing, so I contacted support. Within two days I had received a refund without any trouble.

Set your expectations at the right level, and you won't be disappointed.

I really wish I could leave a good review, but there's no way I can! Unfortunately, I placed 3 orders before I knew what I was letting myself in for. When the 1st order arrived, on time (10 days), it was wrong. Only 2 of the 3 items were correct. They promised to rectify their mistake, and I had no reason to doubt them. Then the 2nd order arrived and it was correct. So my hopes grew. Then the replacement item arrived and it was the same mistake, the wrong item. My 3rd order is very late (it's been 3 weeks now)! Communication is dreadful. There is a Chinese/English language barrier, and there is only 1 email a day, so next to impossible to solve issues. Would not deal with again, and I suggest you don't either!

People calling it a scam are absolutely misusing the word scam. There's no need for such alarmist language tbh!
It's certainly not the quickest shop you can find online however the shipping and delivery times are clear on the website.
Price is fantastic too.
My order arrived within 14 days as advised and was exactly what I ordered. Have seen others say orders have been sent wrong, so maybe I'd recommend sticking to the more budget cubes and if splashing out potentially shop elsewhere?

Ordered 2 cubes on the 26th of Oct 21, now is 16 Nov 21 - NO cubes, received NO answers to my e-mails. No tracking number. Pretending to be UK site (due to .co.uk web address) Will be reporting to PayPal to get the money back. Stay away from them. Best using major Chinese shop as AliExpress in this case.

Terrible customer service. Waited over 3 weeks & when not received i sent 2 emails over the course of the next week but didnt receive any reponse. I had to raise a dispute with paypal & after a further week they supplied a tracking number. Eventually received the item 33 days after order. Would definitely NOT order from them again

I placed an order on 27th September and it arrived on 14th October, all as expected and well-packaged, so I am very happy with my purchase. The only issue was that the site continued to say that my order was processing (and still says it now!), and I didn’t get a dispatch email, so when I got nervous reading some of the reviews here I emailed the company and they did not reply. I am probably going to order from them again in the future.

These guys are a nightmare. I placed an order for a Gan cube and didn’t hear anything for ages, despite emailing them frequently. I then asked PayPal to reverse the payment, to get my money back, by when the speedcube store apparently sent PayPal a tracking number for the order. That led PayPal to believe the item had been delivered, but I never received anything!! These guys are crooks and I would recommend AVOIDING THEM. SCAM SCAM SCAM

I Orderd and 10 days after it still says processing when it should have processed within 3 days

I read the Trustpilot reviews before hand so understood the risk, namely that:

1. The site is based in China and not UK despite claiming Royal Mail delivery
2. Delivery times will be longer than UK sites
3. Some customers had incorrect products sent

I took the risk with the above in mind as I wasn't bothered about a few extra days delivery and wanted the cost saving. The correct products arrived, they cost 1/3 of any other website, and delivery took a total of 11 days which isn't bad as it was coming from mainland China.

As I said, it was a calculated risk but it paid off and I would use the website again.

They lose one star only because of the deceit of claiming it is Royal Mail delivery. They should just be transparent about the fact it is coming from China

worried as i saw that the money went to a company based in china. Ordered 12 days ago and nothing yet. Terrible store and i hope it arrives within the next week or im contacting paypal for a refund. If your looking for a legit cube store try kewbzuk or speedcube shop or even daily puzzles. JUST NOT THIS F3CK1NG MESS

Dont trust these guys. Its all a scam! They are that pour that they wil make a living out of a few dollars. Worst of all is that in most situations its money from kids. Shame on you! I should be deeply embarresed if i was you!

After placing my second order with speedcubestore.co.uk I became worried to find a couple of posts on Reddit, calling them a scam site.

My first order was:

1 x MoYu MFJS RS3M 2020 3x3

1 x MOYO MFJS MeiLong 2x2

This arrived successfully with an extra cube stand.

My second order was larger which was why I was concerned when I discovered the posts about the store:

1 x MoYu RS4M 4x4

1 x QiYi Warrior W 3x3 Stickerless

1 x MoYu Meilong 3C 3x3 Macaroon

2 x Moyo Lube v2 5ml

1 x Moyo MoFang JiaoSHi Meilong Skewb

1 x Moyo MoFang JiaoShi MeiLong Pyraminx

1 x Periodic Table 3x3

1 x Moyo Lube V1 5ml

This took some time but also arrived - complete.

So... take this information as you will but I have not had any issues with the site.

You order and pay for an item (cube) BECAUSE they say it will be with you within 3 to 6 days.
When that time goes by and you then email them to inquire as to why it's late, they simply don't respond. WHY SAY 3 TO 6 DAYS IF YOU CAN'T DO IT IN THAT TIME???
Cancelled my order now!!
Can't recommend using this shop.

I orderd the Moyu RS3M and it sent me the QIYI Warrior W witch is way cheaper and it was a peace of junk

It's a gamble, but it's not a fake store and their prices are good. I have placed two orders with them and both took a while to arrive from China - no problem as it was expected. The first order was great - got four good cubes as listed with free shipping. My second order contained one incorrect item - a much cheaper 5x5 than the one I paid for.
I have had no communication from them despite sending several emails to their listed email addresses (including their PayPal address) - their contact form on the site doesn't actually work. It's a shame as they have been good in the past, but with no customer service they will lose customers. Currently in talks with PayPal to get a refund, or preferably the correct cube sent.

I have had two experiences with this site, one OK, one bad. The first time I ordered a Moyu RS3M 2020 - it was not until payment was being taken that I realised this store is based in China. It took nearly 3 weeks to arrive in the UK but did eventually arrive. (By then I had forgotten about the order!)

The box is different to the ones I've seen in RS3M reviews - with a tab at each end of the box rather than a cover that lifts off. I'm new to cubing so not expert enough to tell whether this is a knock off or the genuine article in a slightly different box. It feels good to use. For the price I think this interaction was OK.

I then went back to order more a couple of weeks later - some lube for the RS3M 2020 and while I was there I added a cheap 2x2, 4x4 and Skewb to my order just to have a tinker with these to see if I would be interested. I had 4 items in my basket, went to paypal to pay, returned to an order complete page saying everything was fine.

Half an hour later I noticed in my email confirmation that 3 of the items had disappeared from my order and only the 4x4 was coming. I used the contact form within 30 minutes of the order to report the problem and ask the order to be cancelled so I could re-order everything together.

Four days later still no response and the money was taken from my account. I then emailed directly asking for an update on whether the 4x4 had been shipped and to cancel the order if it had not. Another 3 days later I have had no response so I am going to attempt to reverse the paypal transaction and order elsewhere.

I would not order from this site again as the website ordering process is buggy and I have had zero communication from the owner of the site to address any problems.

Worked fin for me took 2.5 weeks and there was some communication but it is a bit sketchy probs won't order from there again

This shop isnt a scam it is a legit website however couple of things to note:

They are based in China and send from there
The typical delivery is between 3-4 weeks
Communication is non existant
The products MAY be fake/counterfeit. I brought a cube which was the same brand as some I got from kewbzUK. Some of the stickers fell off as soon as I opened the box. The overall build seemed not as good as the ones from KewbzUK.

In short only get from here if you cant find what you are looking for at Kewbz which is an awesome site. Also consider AliExpress. I got some stuff from there. Theyre also from china but if you wait a couple weeks can save alot of money.

To summarise, not a bad site but only worth if if you cant find anywhere else.
