I had a very negative experience with Spinjo Casino. I won $800 fair and square, only to have the winnings confiscated with the explanation that I had “exceeded the maximum allowed bet.” At no point was I made aware that such a rule even existed.
For a platform that claims to operate with strict rules and regulations, it makes no sense that their software allows you to place a bet that supposedly breaks their own terms. If a bet size is not allowed, the system should automatically block it — not let you place it and then use it as a reason to take your winnings away afterward.
I raised this with support, but received no meaningful response. The whole situation feels unfair and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Spinjo Casino to anyone looking for a trustworthy or transparent gaming platform.

I don't understand why my account was deactivated for no reason.
I had €54 in my account, won regularly on chicken road.
I sent all the required documents, met replay requirements and made a withdrawal request that I had never received.
In response, they closed my account by administrative decision.
I proceed with bank chargebacks, and report to the relevant authorities, as well as leave feedback from my community on industry forums.
