I submitted a redemption request of around 400sc about 4 weeks ago, it didn't move for a number of days. It wasn't my first redemption so I thought it was odd. I thought maybe the site is having cash flow issues, was feeling bad for the site so cancelled that redemption and submitted for just 100. This was about 12 - 14 days ago. I have talked with support a number of times, they assure me there is a backlog. however I talked to some friends and they have similar size redemptions hitting their bank in 2 - 3 days. Online support assures me my account is fine, I don't need to send documentation but have been telling me this numerous times over the past week. I'm at a loss, not sure what to do, Email to spinals support also isn't being responded to.

Reducing to one star, support is MIA, online support not a single bit of help, Trustpilot review didn't yield any results.

So last time i played on this platform I lost hundreds, spent close to a thousands with absolutely no wins so I took a break for 3 months, after 3 months it is still same trash, it’s all dead spins again. This site is scam. I’m making the list of these scammy platforms so I can mail to the right people.

None of these 5 star reviews are legitimate. This site will cancel redemptions, steal your money, and then blame other companies. They are nothing but a fraud.

i love the site , I win more frequently here than anywhere. The daily missions are fun and rewarding and the bonus wheel is more than fair it doesn't feel like other sites where they always land on the lowest one. Redemption is fast here from aeropay I know most traditional banks it's instant but a few others may take a couple days but you will always get your redemption. Support always responds and is helpful. I recommend the site to anyone and I'll continue playing here for sure.

So I was told repeatedly that my winnings qualify for a w-2g tax document and yet to this day I have yet to receive one or can not get in touch with any live person to get one. I contact the app customer service, who tells you to email their customers service who tells me to contact customer service on the app who tells me to contact customer service by email???

This is a very vindictive company that is trying to screw you up at every angle they can.
