I made a $10 purchase because it offered 15 spins on 3 big barrels Aztec which has a minimum spin value of $.20. the 15 spins popped up in my rewards as they normally do. However when I clicked to redeem it kept saying game not found. So I went to message support the agent was very unhelpful and dismissive. She without my approval or even asking me switched the spins to always up at a $.10 spin value. I told her I would not have purchased if it advertised free spins on the always up game and she basically said she didn't care that I was unhappy and dismissed my unhappiness and then ended the conversation. So I tried again to contact support and as soon as agent connected they ended the conversation without saying anything at all to me. I have screenshots and downloaded the conversation transcripts.
