The customer service from this brand is phenomenal!
My order arrived today and I realised my error that I didn’t add the messenger bag to my checkout! They have sorted this in less than an hour and have communicated with me throughout.
Genuinely impressed that the service has been personable and responsive!

The product is great! Exactly what I wanted and the bag will be used daily for work and certainly has the space I need for laptops etc! Super happy and highly recommend!!!!!

Made a mistake and didnt add my side bag. They were a great help and are sending it out when I asked about it. Already recieved my 30L porter backpack and had a chance to use it. Great amount of space and such a slick look!! Fantastic quality and super comfortable to wear. Highly recommend there products and this company.

Great bag and super swift service. I didn’t realise I needed to choose the free item when ordering and when I got back in touch they sent the bag out without any extra charge. Very handy to fit all of my laptop/iPad and cables into for the office commute.

Love the bags, every detail is so well thought out, even up to to the perfumed condensation packs inside the bag!

I ordered the bag I wanted but did not pick the free crossbody bag as I thought it would be added automatically, I contacted them on the Sunday night to inform them of my mistake and was pleasantly surprised to receive a response the next day which was Bank Holiday Monday asking me to pick the bag I required and they added it to my order, very impressive customer service.

I ordered a backpack and for some reason didn’t receive the free crossbody bag (probably my fault when I made the order!)
I contacted Spiral and the matter was immediately dealt with in friendly, positive, no-fuss manner.
I received my crossover bag within 48 hours and am delighted with both.
It is refreshing to deal with a company that has a great product and a great level of customer-focused service.
I would definitely recommend on both counts and will certainly be looking to buy more from the great range offered.
