Fantastic customer service and great products. Quickest delivery I've ever experienced, ordered Friday afternoon and received Saturday morning. Well packaged, been over the moon with both of my orders and wouldn't hesitate to use Spiritsmith again.

I got the customisable gift for a friend. the selection on offer is small but really well thought out and clearly well curated. the customer service was also incredibly professional. They needed to get in touch with me for some admin reasons, and went as far as to google how to pronounce my name correctly! I mean if you are that thoughtful on an admin call just imagine how much thought you have put into your product?!

From the start, the Spiritsmith web site was easy to navigate. Hamper ordered and arrived on time, as advised via the ordering process. I didn’t open the hamper as it was a gift, but the recipient was absolutely delighted! Would I use Spiritsmith again? Totally!

Well, the product I was after looked ideal and the website even had an option to pick a date to delver which was great as saved me having to come back at a later date. However to my dismay this wasn’t factored in and I got notification that it would be delivered in a day or 2 instead of the 12 days or so I wanted it delivered in. I emailed the customer service team and Philippa sorted it v quickly in cancelling the delivery and ringing me with an explanation. She then also made sure it got moved each day so that it will be delivered on the desired day. It was nearly a mess up and issues with websites happen but the way it was dealt with is the important thing and Philippa was worth the 5 stars.

After encountering a problem on the Spiritsmith website I contacted them via email, they were so grateful that I had brought it to their attention (as they were unaware until that point) and fulfilled my order for me via email/PayPal instead and even included a couple of extras to say thank you.

After a small error with my delivery they made sure it was sent out that night and arrived to me the next day. The packaging is lovely and the gift id bought was amazing i was very pleased with the quality and detail. My dad was very happy with his gift.
