service that made a difference
I bought a gin set for a 40th birthday gift and unfortunately the gift box arrived slightly damaged which I appreciate would like have happened in transit. However I contact Spiritsmith with a photo of the damage and the service was fantastic. I got a response in minutes with a solution of how they would send a new box which arrived the next day. It felt like they really cared about putting the issue right.

What a great idea for a gift with some lovely extra touches which make it really special! I got a valentines set for my partner and the little love heart chocolates & fairy lights really made the gift perfect! Such great customer service too, couldn’t recommend enough!

Perfect gift for someone we did not know what to buy
We really did not know why to buy for my cousin's husband's 50th birthday - I found this site as they do nice drinks hampers and it was perfect and he really was pleased to receive it and said it had a nice range of items contained within. His words "I absolutely love it".
I would especially like to mention Laura McCann who was really helpful to me when ordering this gift and did not mind me emailing her on more than one occasion - she was extremely courteous and helpful so thank you so much Laura!
