I really enjoyed exploring with ease while using this user friendly website. I was in search of a small yet affordable venue to host a small family gathering and eventually stumbled upon one venue where my family and I had a good time.

The property owner was truly nice, accommodating, and explained the rules carefully....Moreover, he was timely and honest about sending/receiving the security deposit and the place was as advertised when seeing it in person.

Will be using this site from now on...Thanks Splacer.

Amazing customer service great view

They were extremely helpful in finding the perfect location to hold my Murder Mystery Birthday Brunch. Especially during this crazy time it would have been an insurmountable feat with the help of Splacer. Will definitely use again.

Spacler is an amazing resource for anyone working in the production industries. They feature a variety of spaces and locations to fit any need.

Declined my payments and said they only accepted payment from credit/debit cards as if I was paying with a prepaid card(which I’ve never owned.)

It’s not the individuals as it is Splacer that allows venues to advertise for one price and then after you contact the venue, offer you a completely different price not relative to the original posting. This host waited until I made my first payment to them disclose that they charge a number of different fees that are completely ridiculous. And this is after I visited the space 2 times and had a full email correspondence.

The fees entailed if you did not comply
$100 for using disposable plates
$100 for not recycling
$250 for leaving a photo back drop
$2.50 for using each chair
$15 for using each table
$20 for using the swinging chairs
$50 for moving the coffee table
$10 for each smaller coffee table moved
$50 for moving the big white table
$10 for moving each plant
$75 for moving the ice tub
$10 for each curtain not untied
$5 for each paper towel and toilet paper roll

And this is on top of the initial $1000 security deposit. So don’t expect to get that $1000 back. I’m sure they’ll find some plastic fork you threw away and hit you for $100. Totally ridiculous.

Thank the Lord, for Covid that got me out of that contract so I can find an honest venue host.
