These guys are scam artists. i knew this going on so i did not pay the extra fee they attempted to charge me. indian dude in caledonia michigan. we called about being locked out of a car with dogs inside. they said 120 AFTER we told them the make and model of the vehicle. when the person arrived, the first thing he said to me was it will be an extra fee for the car. i am lucky to have fantastic negotiating tactics. i told him i will pay $120 not a penny more and that we have other people on the way for 120. he insisted 150, after i essentially told him to F off, he said fine and did an exceptional job and opened the door quickly. obviously i did not tip this scammer, but be weary of these scams including this company. I am posting this because I am certain they are not going to call me back after the conversation I already had with them. Called them and asked them for a quote and they said it could be $150-$180. I asked them if I had to pay if they couldn’t make the key. They said I would not pay anything if they couldn’t make the key. Agreed to have them out and they said 7;00. Approximately hour later I called to see where they were they said the tech was going to be another 35-40 minutes it was another hour. He shows up makes the key and it didn’t work and they said they can’t do it and it’s something wrong with the car as if the locks were changed. Then proceeded to tell me I owe them $60 for service charge? What service did you provide!?! You quoted no charge unless it worked. I will remove this if they do the only thing that is right and give me my money back. This is not a moral thing, this is a legal thing. What they did was theft

Beware of this company!!! Quoted $120 dollars to unlock door. Arrived four later unlocked car and demanded $450! SCAM ARTIST!!!!

My 90 year old mother was taken advantage of by this company doing business in Aurora, colorado. They charged her over $3870 to change a lock on her apartment door. The problem is she lives in a senior living community and the security team has master keys to open every resident's door. Once they changed her lock, security was unable to open her door for emergency services. This company should have been aware of this situation and not changed the lock. She did not receive an invoice for the services so I do not know why they charged her that amount for a lock change which normally costs around $160.
We are willing to return their lock and request a refund.
If this is not your company then someone in colorado is using your name.

The guy came out rather quickly, 35 ish minutes. But they charged me $206.00 then asked for a tip. I checked my bank after and they actually charged $289. Absolute money grab.

He came and got me in. But charged me over $500.00 . I am sorry but talk about taking advantage of a woman...a perfect example. I would never call them again!!!!!!!!

A pleasure to do business with him. Came when he said he would , did what he said he would do. Fixed a tricky problem with my nieces porch door, fitted a temporary lock while he got hers sorted which was next day. Price was excelent, a totally stress free experience , would highly recommend this lad .

Excellent. Clean. Called him on a Saturday and he came same evening. Very reasonable charge. Told me the price for diagnostic beforehand. Added an extra job after he came and he did that too. Efficient and tidy and good work.

It appeared that someone had been in my back garden whilst i was aleep in my home so i called SP to make the house more secure. He set up alarms, changed locks, added cameras, put up extra lighting and also put up signs to make any intuders aware that they are being recorded. SP came out to me on the same day! Very punctual. He explained the process clearly so I was fully informed about exactly what he would be doing and why. He put me at ease during a very stressful time.
No mess left behind.

We had an old lock that's probably older than me (which is pretty old), which had become almost impossible to unlock. It wasn't an easy job to fit the new lock and the wooden door needed work doing to get the new lock to fit, but Shawn persisted to get the job done with a smile. Communication was excellent and he was punctual and reliable. I would definitely recommend!

Sean came to my rescue swiftly after losing my key to come and change the locks all within a very timely manner, he is very professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy.

I had some safety concerns on my property and nothing was too much for him to be able to pop an extra lock on the door and Sean double checked all around my property to ensure it was completely safe for me. I now feel really assured!
