Ordered and delivered very promptly, beautifully wrapped and packaged to give as a gift.
Very happy with product although not yet given to recipient as baby not yet due.

Bought the Swaddle Blanket for a gift. Item came beautifully wrapped and was lovely. Great communication from supplier when I initially contacted to ask when stock was arriving. Would certainly buy again.

Bought from Spoiltland for the first time and won’t buy from them again.

Ordered a present for a baby shower and then had an email to say the delivery was going to be late. They offered me 20% off my next order (essentially they want me to spend more with them when I’ve been inconvenienced. Everyone else refund off the order affected) - by the by it ended up not being delivered before the event.

Then the wrong item was sent and was then told I had to return the incorrect item at my own cost. Only when I escalated this did they offer to pay the return postage.

The collection of the wrong goods took place over a week ago and now when I’m chasing for an update on my refund, the company are not replying.

Customer Service needs immediate attention. It’s definitely not ‘customer first’ mentality and it’s very sad that I’m needing to use trust pilot to get a refund.

Currently with no product and out of pocket for my initial purchase. No doubt the initial delivery will not be refunded either.

Would not recommend this company at all.

The item I ordered had been out of stock so I signed up to be notified when it was available. I was sent the email it was available and placed my order which I then received in 6-7 business days. I was very grateful to be notified of the item being back in stock and very happily surprised at the time it took to arrive. Tracking the item was very easy. I live in Canada so I was unsure how long it would take, I expected it to be a longer wait. I'm also extremely grateful the store has this item in stock as I was unable to find it anywhere else. It was a Moonie 2.0 sound machine replacement, an item we use daily for my baby and very much love. I was also happy to hear it's from a family run business which I was unaware of at first when I found the item online.

I preordered the Moonie Humming Bunny and placed an order for Moonie 2.0 Organic Humming Bunny for my unborn twins.
I really like receiving an email asking for a preference on whether I wanted them to come in separate deliveries or hold the one they have back until the preorder one was ready. I found that a really thoughtful touch. And as I wasn't in a rush for them said the latter.
I had been recommended to get these bunny's by my sister as she found they are an absolute must have for getting tiny people to sleep. My nephew still has his every night for comfort at age 6. I knew I had to get them as soon as I started buying baby things. Im looking forward to them being as amazing for me as they were my sister.

I have used this online shop several times in the past and never had an issue—although I may not have paid close attention to the delivery details before. However, my most recent experience was disappointing.

A couple of weeks ago, I needed a gift quickly for a friend’s child’s celebration. According to the website’s shipping policy, next-day delivery is clearly offered for orders placed before 1 p.m., with an extra delivery charge. I placed my order on January 12th at 11:47 a.m., expecting it to arrive the next day due to the birthday party.

Unfortunately, I later received a notification stating that the item would be delivered on January 15th. Because of this delay, I had to rush to find an alternative gift and purchase another one.

In the end, the item was indeed delivered on January 15th. I am not sure whether the delay was the fault of Spoiltland or Royal Mail, but I will be returning the item and will not be using this shop again.

Lovely product, beautifully wrapped. This is for my first grandchild so very pleased with it.

Fast and efficient delivery, no issues

This arrived promptly. It’s perfect for the job. The amount of people who have ask us where we got it. Including the midwives when leaving the hospital. Washes like a dream

The tracking number never worked. The parcel should be here by now but I have not yet received it. For now, I have no emails back from their customer service. Not happy with this company at all.

Paid for next day delivery on the Monday and received on Friday that’s the only thing that let’s them down as the product itself is absolutely STUNNING very very good quality definitely recommend even with the delivery hiccup I will 100% buy from here again! X

Our grand child had a terrible experience with one of your dummies. Suitable for age 3-6 months she is a small 4 month old. She managed to put the whole dummy in her mouth and almost choked. Of course. This happened when in her chair and we quickly noticed it. At an early age, babies look to pit everything towards their mouth and it did not take long to find this dummy is dangerously small
My post, and I don’t like to be negative, is to warn others that whilst always be alert, this dummy is not suitable.
