made the whole process seemless!
Nick and Kasia just made the whole process so seamless. This is my 2nd experience with Spolton Mortgages - on this occasion Nick helped to sort out my Help to Buy equity loan I needed to get out of. Kasia sorted out all my insurance needs.

We had a great experience working with Nick as our mortgage advisor and Kasia as our insurance advisor. Nick made the mortgage process clear and stress-free, explaining everything and guiding us every step of the way.
Kasia helped us find the best insurance cover tailored to our needs, making sure we got a great deal and fully understood our options.
Both were professional, supportive, and always quick to respond. We highly recommend them!

Amazing Service
I can not rate the amazing Spolton Mortgage team enough. What a super friendly and happy team.
Moving and buying a house is a crazily stressful experience, and Nick and Kasia have made this experience as smooth as they possibly could.
They are always available to talk to, or quick to respond, even if it for the daftest of questions. (Which was a few from me!)
They have worked around us with times of meetings to make it easier to attend. Nothing is to big for these guys.
Nick was always rate reviewing our mortgage even after is all in place. He has saved us so much money long term.
The portal that is used to provide documentation is easy to use and they assist you well in getting this set up and throughout use.
They are 100% the only company we will use, and will always recommend to anyone in need of a mortgage advisor.
Kasia does an amazing job doing all the insurances that go alongside. She has done most of this for us and has saved us so much money from what we had already got in place.
These guys are worth their weight in gold.
it is amazing to know that we have someone that we can trust to have our needs first.
