What can I say apart from this company literally bent over backwards for us. Me and my partner were really struggling to get a mortgage as our credit ratings weren’t fantastic! But Nick Kasia and the team really pulled it out the bag and were fantastic with everything can’t thank them enough we’ve now been in our house over 2 years and this would not have happened without their help can’t thank you enough. Great service

We were looking for a new mortgage deal , we met Tom at Spolton Mortgages who went through all of the paperwork and explained our options to us. No question was a silly one!
Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. We even took our anxious dog with us to an appointment who was also welcomed.
Everything was explained to us step by step and we could call and ask anything if we were not sure.
All was sorted and was pretty painless!

​My journey to buying a home took around 2 years and was quite complex, as I needed a mortgage arrangement that accommodated resident lodgers. Nick, Kasia, and the Spolton Mortgages team put in an incredible amount of effort to find the right mortgage for me.
​When I realized during the first attempt that I didn't have enough deposit saved and had to pause the process, they were incredibly understanding and didn't charge me a single penny for their work up to that point. A year later, once I had the funds ready, I came back to them, and we successfully completed the purchase. I only paid their standard fee once.

I took out a mortgage through Spolton Mortgages 5 years ago, which was a really simple process. Nick clearly knows his stuff and got me a far better deal than I could find myself. 5 years later my renewal was due and I had no hesitation ringing Nick again and once again with minimal fuss I have another great deal.

Seth from Spolton Mortgages was the absolute best - he tolerated all of my bonkers questions, explained everything so well, and was the voice of reason when everything felt like it was taking forever with multiple house not being right. He was patient, thorough and incredibly helpful in a very stressful time - he also supported me with my buildings insurance and life insurance/critical illness to make sure that these were fit for purpose and tailored to me and my needs. I contacted Nick after a recommendation as I was beginning to look into buying my first home. As a solo first time buyer this seemed a daunting task, but Nick was absolutely brilliant! Nick was incredibly friendly, and with his knowledge and understanding, made the experience a lot less daunting than I had imagined.
