Bags are awful
Bags are awful. Avoid! Take ages to colinate, that’s if they don’t contaminate and then if you get past those massive hurdles, flushes are awful! Need to up their game massively! Only ordered as maya is closed and mycopunks had long wait. Ordered mycopunks bag, put them on 3 weeks later than these bags and they’re ready before these ones! Awful!

Never received order
It's sad to do this, but I just don't want anyone else to be in the same position.
I have bought from them before and I have had great results. However, I bought some spores on 4th September and never received my order. I have called multiple times, with it going straight to answerphone and have emailed multiple times and received no reply. I've just accepted I've lost some money and will have to go elsewhere, it's a bit of a shame!

Issues resolved immediately
Ordered rye and cvg, box arrived badly damaged with one item actually missing from the box, Likely due to the package being held up at customs. I contacted customer service and they immediately resent the order, paid additional customs fees and shipping. Couldn't be happier with the resolution and the second package arrived without issue

Your order was dispatched promptly with DPD Express. It is still in transit and can be tracked - there is no issue with your order at all.
Since Brexit, all parcels into the EU are subject to customs checks and clearance fees. These are normal, unavoidable processes and completely outside our control. Delays at customs are not caused by Sporogenesis, nor can DPD or ourselves speed them up.
We have replied to all of your emails, but patience is needed here; threatening chargebacks while your order is still moving through customs is unfair. The goods are on their way, and the tracking is live.
