Beetje omslachtig om te bestellen want je bestelling is niet echt een bestelling maar een ‘verzoek’ tot bestelling. Dit staat wel in hun algemene voorwaarden; maar wie leest dat nu?
Wat wel goed is, is dat je geld pas afgeschreven wordt wanneer het verzoek wordt bevestigd en omgezet tot ‘bestelling’. Uiteindelijk alles in orde!
Bestelling 2 dagen voor vermoedelijke leveringsdatum aangekomen!

Dure sportschoenen besteld op 17 maart. Nooit geleverd. Ik ben in contact geweest met de klantendienst, telkens iemand anders die me steeds hetzelfde bericht stuurt maar elke keer in een andere taal (Engels, Duits, Nederlands). Ze vragen me om te wachten totdat de schoenen terug zijn in het magazijn + 14 dagen om de terugbetaling te voltooien. Die schoenen zullen waarschijnlijk nooit terug in het magazijn geraken!!

moest online bestellen omdat de fysieke winkels niets kunnen bestellen - niet zo echt klantvriendelijk want je kan niets bestellen zonder verzendkosten te moeten betalen

en fait c'est grâce au fait que j'ai demandé expresss delivery que j'aurai ma commande si vite.
la 1ère fois, j'ai attendu 15 jours pour l'avoir.

A chaque commande on prévoit une date de livraison qui n’est jamais respectée… commande du 26/3, livraison prévue le 2/4…aujourd’hui le 6/4 et le colis doit encore aller au hub régional…ceci est donc ma dernière commande car j’ai absolument acheté ces chaussures Mercedes AMG pour me rendre à un évènement et je vrois que je ne les aurai même pas

I ordered an item over a month ago, and the delivery was confirmed lost by their own carrier. Despite this, they are refusing to issue a refund, claiming they are still waiting for “information” from the courier. This makes no sense — the parcel is already confirmed lost, and I have no control over their internal communication.

Customers should not be punished because a company cannot sort things out with its delivery partner. Keeping my money for an item I never received is completely unacceptable.

Avoid at all costs — poor customer service, no accountability, and extremely frustrating to deal with.

The website is sportsdirect.be but my items shipped from the UK. The website promised delivery by 31st March (4 working days) but it's 3rd April and the tracking shows it's just crossed the border to the Netherlands.

Update: I received my parcel on 7th April, no extra duty taxes or anything. So, everything is fine and I'm pleased, I would put 5 stars but the website being Belgium based without clear information that it will be shipped from the UK was more than a bit unnerving for me.

Ils font du dropshipping. Une commande en Europe n'a pas un délai de livraison de 2 semaines. Leurs magasins sont bon, mais leur webshop est nul!
