Brilliant Customer Service experience with this company. Love their Sonic Toothbrush and toothpastes, but the friendly team have really converted me into a life long customer. Always great deals to be had on their site with fast delivery!

A total waste of time and money. I used the strips for 2 weeks and seen zero difference. After taking off the strips my teeth looked good for a couple of hours and then back the same colour again.

I am posting this review here as the company only post the 5 star reviews they receive on their website. Is this even legal? I used the teeth whitening strips and followed the instructions to the letter. I used them every day for the full course but didn’t notice any difference in the colour of my teeth. But that is tooth whitening for you - it really all depends on your teeth and I know that you often don’t get amazing results from a whitening session with the dentist. When invited by Spotlight to leave a review I said exactly that and got a response from them to say that drinking red wine and excessive tea or coffee will affect the results. I responded to say that I don’t drink alcohol (true) and I drink about 1 to 2 cups of white coffee a day and no tea. I then noticed that my review hadn’t made it to their site and queried this with the person that had contacted me. I was told that they receive far too many reviews to be able to post them all to which I replied that I didn’t really like being treated like an idiot. They manage to post all the rave reviews they receive and it is frankly just not credible that reviews don’t dip below from 5 stars from time to time. Overall, very disappointing.

Purchased a toothbrush last year for my birthday in August and over the last couple of months found the battery and power was not at the same standard, sent a video to the team and within 24hrs I recieved a new brush in the post, no questions asked, I'm absolutely thrilled with the customer service and the brush gives an amazing clean

Fed into a review on YouTube but have since heard that the whitening strips have only 0.01% hydrogen peroxide in them! Hardly worth bothering!
I feel really cheated! The packaging is professional but the products are 🤬
You buy into the fact that this company is run by dentists & you see the ingredients of hydrogen peroxide on the front of the container (but it’s not clear how much!) pretty much 0% is how much.
£40+ utterly wasted on what really is a con!!!
Be very cautious before you buy!

I got the men's whitening strips.. I'm 28 years old with what I'd think as averagely stained teeth from drinking coffee etc. The first 2 or 3 strips seemed to brighten them up a bit (possibly just placebo) but the next 11 or 12 made no difference whatsoever and I even left them on longer than an hour to be sure and washed my teeth thoroughly with the whitening toothpaste 3 times a day as well and used the whitening floss. No noticeable difference. Very disappointing.

I have never used teeth-whitening products before & have recently been very self-conscious about my yellow teeth. I have used the toothpaste for 5 days & the pen & whitening strips for on 3 days & I can honestly say the results are amazing. They are so easy to use. I have had no discomfort or sensitivity whatsoever. I am completely 100% satisfied already! Thankyou so much ❤️❤️❤️

Over priced & not customer friendly.
The electric toothbrush is not compatible with any other electric toothbrush chargers. Not only does this mean customers need to pay more if they lose it, but it also is bad for the environment (more chargers will need to be produced). This business has clearly chosen to rip customers off instead of doing the right thing.
The whitening pen ran out after 8 uses and made little impact. Again, bad for the environment - complete waste of plastic and my money.

Very happy with product whitening strips and whitening toothpaste pepepermint flavour. Very happy with result, visible results after first use. Very nice packaging too

Well I do like the sonic brush. However having purchased the whitening products they are a complete waste of time and money. Sorry Spotlight. They do nothing whatsoever to whiten the teeth. Neither the strips, pen, flosser, toothpaste or mouthwash. Do not believe the hype. Save your money.

I purchased the Men’s Teeth Whitening Kit with the strips and toothpaste. Unfortunately this whitening kit only produces a minimal whitening effect. The strips need to be worn for 14 days, one hour each day, which is quite a long time. I assume this is because the strips only contain less than 0.01% of the active whitening ingredient hydrogen peroxide (more isn’t allowed to be included in home kits in the UK by law). A lot of other home kits therefore use alternative active ingredients. The strips are easy to apply and relatively comfortable to wear, even for one hour. Your teeth will feel a bit sensitive after the first and second application and can look a bit patchy but this goes away after about 10 minutes. You will also see the biggest whitening difference after the first and maybe second application when I think the outside of your teeth is bleached slightly. After that you still need to apply the whitening strips for another 12 days for one hour each time, but it didn’t really make my teeth any whiter. I think the concentration of hydrogen peroxide is just too weak to produce a deep bleaching effect of the teeth. I took before and after photos in exactly the same lightning and they look pretty much identical. So unfortunately this kit is nothing more than an expensive waste of time and I wouldn’t recommend it. The design of the strips is good since they are very easy to apply and comfortable to wear, but they just don’t produce a noticeable and lasting whitening effect.

Love these products! I bought into the insta hype by starting small and getting the whitening toothpaste- smells fresh and leaves my teeth whiter. Added the water flosser and the electric toothbrush about 18 months later and would highly reccomend both. I have gotten invisalign recently so had to stop using the whitening strips however I have continued to use the whitening pen and the results are incredible. My teeth are always pure white and love the before and after pictures! Delivery is always usually within 2/3 days and there's usually a discount code which is always welcome 💕

Bought this to see what they hype was and my gums had become so inflamed to the point it was giving me really bad jaw pain and I looked at my gums and since using this brush, it looked like it hasn't been cleaning my teeth at all. Such a shame because I was really excited to use this product. Don't bother

The plaque has built up on my teeth quite badly, I shall be sending this toothbrush back and when I have the refund I'll be going back to my trusty oral b (actually recommended by my dentist)

I want to say that I have found Spotlight oral care great. Water Flosser-I initially bought the water flosser and it has been a game changer for me. I have an area between 2 back teeth where food got trapped easily and then the gum would become inflamed etc. My dentist recommended regular flossing. I would be good for a few days but then I’d lapse again. Plaque would inevitably build up. Since I got the water flosser I use it every day and I have no issues at all. When I returned to the dentist for my 6 monthly check up recently there was very little build up on my teeth and the routine clean he carried out was a breeze. It does take a week or two to get used to the device- I believe that some start out initially using it in the shower until they get used to it!!
Toothbrush- I also subsequently bought the toothbrush- it is cheaper than a lot of other well know brands and I think it is also gentler on the teeth and gums whist still being effective. I had surgery on my gums for gum recession and was told to use a soft brush head. The heads of the Spotlight toothbrushes are definitely much gentler than the oral b sonic toothbrush I had previously. The battery life is phenomenal too. My oral b brush lasted 10 days, this one will last a month at least if you brush twice a day.
Toothpastes- I’ll be honest I am not sure I find them any better than other toothpastes. They do have less additives so possibly better for ones overall well being.
Customer service- I had an issue with my water flosser and contacted the company. They responded to me within a few hours and a replacement was with me within 48 hours. They couldn’t have been more helpful

I bought the whitening toothpaste and water flosser back in March, and both products have been bad. The whitening toothpaste dehydrated my teeth so I had to stop using it within a week. The water flosser started off well, but after only around six weeks of use the water tank has become so stiff to open/close and the battery has lost the plot - it pretty much constantly has the low battery light flashing, even after first use following an all-day charge.

The water flosser is a total waste of money. I believed the influencers & I ordered it.

Unfortunately, it leaks everywhere and isn't very powerful. It doesn't really do much at all, is bulky and at the end of the day is just another thing to charge. Don't bother with it, I'm pretty sure I can't even get my money back because I've used it.

The products are amazing but the delivery system is flawed massively. I have received 4 different emails today telling me different reasons why my parcel hasn’t turned up only for me to call parcelforce myself and be told the truth. This has happened on more than one occasion. Products are lovely but the delivery system has made me shop elsewhere.

Spotlight Oral Care has transformed my oral care routine. My teeth has never felt so clean since getting the Sonic Toothbrush, and I can see a visible difference in how white my teeth are using their whitening toothpaste and mouthwash daily, I love these guys!
