We would like to clarify that we do not offer any service priced at £1.99, and we are unfortunately unable to find any prior contact from you regarding a request to cancel your subscription before the payment was processed. We also cannot see any cancellation attempts made via the website.

When signing up for the £1 trial, it is clearly stated during the registration process that the trial will automatically convert into a paid subscription after the trial period, unless cancelled beforehand.

Regarding usage, our system indicates that the service was accessed during the subscription period. However, we understand that expectations of “usage” can differ, and we appreciate your perspective.

We also acknowledge your comment about language difficulties. While our platform and terms are presented in English, we understand this can be challenging, and we are continuously working to improve clarity and accessibility.

• Pricing information: We clearly display the rental price provided by the landlord. Whether the price is weekly or monthly is not something we invent or hide; it is simply not specified by the landlord. In these situations, renters are encouraged to ask the landlord directly for clarification.

• Reporting listings: You can always contact our support team if a listing appears outdated or suspicious, and we will investigate and remove it if necessary.

• Subscription and value: Our subscription gives full access to contact landlords. We do not control landlord response times, and we do not delay cancellations. Users can cancel at any time after the first 24 hours through their account settings or by contacting support via email.

We appreciate all feedback, but it is important that it reflects how the platform actually operates.
