Order arrived when promised
Order arrived when promised. All customised printing and sizing was correct. Women's t-shirts are better quality than men's. Men's are a little thin. i was very happy with the customer service i received regarding the postage discount. i would definitely order customised t-shirts from this company again.

J’ai commandé 2 t-shirt le 9 décembre, nous sommes le 26 et toujours rien.
J’ai envoyé plusieurs mails, ils me proposent une relivraison ou un remboursement et ensuite aucune réponse.
Ce ne sont même pas des humains avec qui j’ai échangé mais des IA.
A FUIR c’est LAMENTABLE

Great customer service

Thank goodness that they sent a photo of delivery
Thank goodness that they sent a photo of where they delivered at the time of delivering, as it went to the wrong address which was next door. The address label was a very small font which I suppose made it hard to tell the difference between a 3 and a 5. There was no phone number to ring for any immediate assistance from the delivery guy but this time it was okay as it was just next door and I luckily have a lovely neighbour.
