I had a really great experience using Spreenow. The customer support chat was fast to answer any questions I had such as when an item was expect to arrive at their warehouse and were very nice. For some reason I was getting errors with the tracking of my parcel at 17track but I contacted spreenow and they sent me screenshots of the tracking.

I selected postlink special for the shipping and my items were with me after only 9 days.

Amazing customer service,super easy to use. Shipping costs are high but that's any proxy service to be honest.

Used this service for years, even as far back as their old website. (2014 is date of my first order on their new site and I am still using them today in 2025)
They're always super helpful and you're able to ask them questions about condition or strange translations for clarification. I have also asked them to take photos of items arrived in the past and they were quick to do so.
It's very easy to split your parcel into multiple or ask them to hold onto it for a couple weeks while waiting on another item to release.
I recommend them.

They didn’t check my order and I received a completely different item, when I opened the dispute on paypal they offered to give back only 1/10 of the money, when I refused they asked to send back the item, which was impossible for me since the shipping cost from my country would be higher than the cost of the item itself.
Then they said the would give me a partial refund after the closing of the dispute, of course they didn’t and after that they disappeared.
I basically paid for a service they haven't done and I had to keep the wrong item which was way cheaper than the one I ordered.
Some of their agents are very rude too, they ignored me when I told me I received the wrong item and started aswering only after I opened the paypal dispute.
Don’t buy on taobao with them, there are better agents.

Fast, helpful and cheap.

The staff and customer help services are attentive , the messaging services get quick responses from real people with few language barrier issues. The staff are incredibly helpful, allowing you to order complex items and where direct purchase from taobao would be difficult (eg preorders and custom sizing/items) as well as helpful in communicating with sellers. It makes returns and refunds possible. Furthermore, the spreenow team check your item to ensure its legitimate and matches the listing - and it would refund you if the listing was inaccurate or the item was otherwise damaged, communicating with taobao and the sellers for you (which when you speak no chinese is incredibly complex even with google translate). They are so helpful and if any issues arrose from your taobao purchase they’d help as best they could

The only issue is that the system is rather complex, luckily guides exist for it but it takes a bit of getting used to. Furthermore shipping costs are calculated at the warehouse and after weighing, to get an accurate estimate, so you can only roughly estimate at the time of inital purchase. While international shipping fees are fare the prediction can be hard, its a problem with all shopping services, and its still far cheaper than taobao resellers, on ali-express, amazon or devilinspired.
Despite the drawbacks, the benefits of a shopping service makes them very useful and spreenow is a relatively inexpensive (10% service fee) one which in my opinion is one of the best.
